I had to schedule everything through another company because he doesnt seem to like dealing or speaking with me about the work he performs(?)I reached out initially to get my car tuned after paying for it and got zero correspondence or communicationafter another issue, paid again for service, and got it back worse than before. When trying to reach back out repeatedly through company website, email and calls went ignored, I presented myself as a new prospect looking for help. At that ***************** was very engaging, but once he knew who I was, he again went radio silent.after finally agreeing (seemingly hesitantly, that is) setting an appointment for 1-2 weeks out, I called and texted to confirm and confirm address. I got no response.Ultimately I paid for my vehicle to be fixed and never got it fixed due to ***** being impossible to connect with. Anyone who has a *****************, Ill be telling them to avoid this guy and his business going forward, based on my experience.Business response

This person has never done business with Ebtec Automotive LLC, he inquiry was responded to at our leisure Sept 19th/20th 2023. To which he scheduled an appointment on OCT 2nd after 11am. This potential customer did not show up for their appointment on this date. Their vehicle is worked on by another shop, it was brought here for calibration services performed for that business. Allegations of presenting as a new customer is not accurate as well. The last message before 9/19 was in 2018 when potential customer tried to sell us "aflac" Insurance. Had this customer showed up for their appointment we would have inspected, and potentially repaired the vehicle accordingly for them. We are a small business and do not sit or answer phones all day, we address texts and messages in the order they are received and at our soonest availability. Which is why we also work by appointment only.
