    I bought the lift chair for my mom on Oct.3,2023 I paid $369.30. To make it easier for her to get up from the chair. I needed a replacement massage and heat remote and also the power cord to hook it up with. For over a year I have been asking Homall for help but they passed me to the after sale staff which was ******* and they passed me back to Homall. The last message I got from Homall asked me to take a picture to show them. Then we will check it out. We could send the replacement massage remote to solve the problem. Could you provide the shipping address. That was on Nov.9,2024 didn't hear back from them. I did send them a picture and also my address. So all that I need is the massage and heat remote and power cord.

    I purchased a chair that is manufactured by this company. It has a year warranty in it. When I try to contact with the proof of the broken chair and an invoice Im not receiving any contact to resolve the problem. The lift mechanism is broken and I would at this point like the whole chair replaced. ******

    Purchased a power chair recliner with heat and massage on July 10 2023.Paid $400 While in a reclined position, chair back broke and I ended up flipping backward and landing on my head behind the chair. Chair is broken, cannot be used. I was injured and had to seek medical assistance. Just want a refund.

    On June 5th, 2023, I placed an order for a Homall Outdoor Gazebo from ******** ******** is how I bought it, I have no issue with them). It was deliveredand I went to assemble it, and it was missing a crucial piece despite the box being factory sealed.There are 8 metal pieces, a couple of feet long each, that interlock with each other, to make the main frame of the gazebo. 4 of one kind, and 4 of another. But when I started to assemble this, there are 5 of one kind and 3 of the other. The extra piece is mislabeled as the part I need but doesn't interlock with the one opposite of it. So, this was an error at the factory, and not the retailer. I would like the appropriate part, so I can complete the gazebo, as intended. It's the dimensions I was seeking. The model of the unit is MY-*NP22-****-GY, and the part that is missing is labeled as a *1, but is actually just a *. The * and *1 lock into each other for the structural integrity of the piece. I would like a *1 metal bar, like indicated in the instructions, to sent to me ASAP.I check over the whole unit numerous times, and the unit was assembled exactly correct. Also, I did look over the remaining parts, and none of them are it. This is a proprietary piece I can't get at the hardware store. I tried contacting them through the ******* app, and they haven't responded despite saying they respond within 48 hours. I have sent two messages with no reply.

    I bought an outside patio set with Homall and just received my shipment but half of my sofa came and I tried calling the number they provided but it keeps ringing so I filed a claim through ********

    On May 18, I ordered an electric height adjustable standing desk through from them through their Amazon web site. It was delivered on May 23, and I attempted to put it together this past weekend. However, there was a missing s**** fastener in one of the wooden boards, which made it impossible to put together. I contacted the seller through their Amazon customer service site on the morning of May **************************************************** I was told I would receive a response within 48 hours. I never received a response. I have since tried contacting them four separate times through Amazon *********************** and their Web site, but they never respond. I found a phone number and tried calling them. but it just rings and rings and no one picks up.

    Bought a coffee table from Homall online, upon delivery, we realized the wrong item was sent. We contacted the company who corrected the issue by sending us a shipping label to send the item back and told us they would send us out the correct item. We received the new item which was once again the wrong item, we contacted the company once more who told us they would send us out the correct item this time. We received the third item which was once again the exam same item that was previously sent twice and still the incorrect item. We have now been contacting the company over and over again with no response!! We are extremely upset as we not only have not received the correct item, not received a refund or been sent shipping labels to send back the incorrect items. So I am now left with two incorrect items that I do not want and still have not received my coffee table or been refunded. I tried also calling and it just goes to voicemail.
