I purchased a wig from Richard ******* Flowers aka Prince Charming Hair on July 26, 2023 as of 11/4/23 I have not received the wig. The wigs expected deliver was 2 weeks from purchase. I have multiple messages back/forth regarding the delivery of wig. But still have not received it. In earlier messages he comes across as defensive & dismissive & had blocked me from several of his ************ Platforms. He has promised delivery when he responds to messages & other times he has not responded at all,I am a Senior Citizen dealing with medical condition as to why I purchased ******* am on a limited incomeInitial Complaint

On November 8, **** I ordered a wig the price was $299. I asked. ******* will this be ready by December 12th He stated it will be done before that. I proceeded with the order.December 6, 2021. I text him just to check the status and to see if we were all set with a delivery date being that I was to get it by December 12 that was only six days away he stated its coming love.December 11, 2021 I text him to see when I will be receiving my unit and told him I had a special occasion on next Saturday. He responded I will get it soon.December 16, 2021 text again ask him for delivery date he did not respond.December 21, 2021 text again to see if my order has been shipped he did not respond.December 22, 2021 and December 25, 2021 text again to check the status he did not respond.January 2, 2022 text again about status he stated he was sending out this week.January 16th 2022, February 15, 2022, and February 24, 2022 reached out again there was no response from ***************March 17, 2022 text ******* again let him know that I was still waiting on my order there was no response back.April 8, 2022 I called him on his phone he did not answer his phone.July 23, 2022 and September 7,2022 text him again he did not respond.September 12, 2022 text him again to check the status. His response is your order is coming he promised my order will be here this week I asked for the tracking number he said he will get it to me.September 16, 2022 text him again to ask for the tracking order number there was no response.September 18, 2022 text him again and I told him that I will be reporting him to BBB. His response to me was have a blessed day. At this point I felt that I gave him plenty of time to get my order to me.February 21, ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************* my refund.******* needs to be prosecuted I will not stop until I receive my money.Initial Complaint

I reached out to Richard *********************************** on Dec 2nd inquiring about wigs and if it was too late to order a unit and receive it by Dec 31st which was my birthday. He replied that it wasn't too late so I sent him pictures of the units that I desired. He sent me a Cashapp request for them and I sent the money. He said that he would send the tracking soon. Well 2 weeks went by and no tracking. I reached back out to him and he lied again saying he would send it this week. After going back and forth several times, he eventually stopped communicating at all. I don't want anyone else to be scammed from this person. I had been following his work on ******** for years. Didn't know he was a scam artist. To date I have no units and no cash refunded.Initial Complaint

I purchased two wigs from Richard ******* Flowers January 23 2021 I received one of them in July (time is not of the essence) but ok. The second wig I never received after many reassurance that I would receive it. I tried to get a different product at first but was told my wig was on the way but it wasnt. Then I requested a refund with multiple responses that I would get one but I never did. My final request for one and I never got a response.Initial Complaint

I placed an order the Prince Charming Experience February 2021. I have reached out to him concerning my purchase. He informed me that he passed my unit off to his shipper. He later told me that he is still working on the unit. I have been in contact with him. I explained that I understand covid may have slowed things down and how im a laid back person just keep communication with me. I asked for a refund he asked me to provide my cash app then told me that he couldn't find me on there. Due to his policy I couldn't dispute with my credit card since it was past 45 days. I keep being told he is working on it up until the point I stopped reaching out to him. The sad thing is I loved him as a person (I do not know him personally) I thought he was a talented creator I had a friend go to him for her experience and she enjoyed it. This is just so disheartening because as a consumer who has made a purchase in full all I got for my money was lies. Keep it real the unit isn't coming. The Experience I had was a total scam. I remember he posted a picture of a lady who stole money from him and he was so upset about it. I actually reached out to my friend who's husband is a cop to she what we could do to help him. I believed that he was a honest person to do business with and like a lot of people with their complaints I found out the hard way. We are coming up on a year. The snappy responses that I have gotten were completely unnecessary especially since im the one who got scammed. All I want is my money or my unit. Im gettin my team ready cause we can go to court behind $279.20 its about the principle. He could have kept it a buck with me. He could have done the right thing by either holding up his end of his policy or providing a refund. My order number is R708922527. What happened? Why do you feel like asking for money upfront and failing to provide product is cool? I was happy for your storefront and the good things that I thought was happening for you. Richard ******* Flowers is a SCAMMER!!! He posts recycled and old photos and reviews of previous work and preys on women looking to make a sound investment ( or so we thought). He is a complete joke and by far THE MOST unprofessional and discourteous individual out there. I purchased a wig for $560 almost a month ago and have yet to receive it, a tracking number, an ETA or a refund. He has been giving me the run around for weeks. I asked the man if my wig would be complete and delivered in time for *** on 12/16/21. To which he responded it would be and Id soon receive a tracking number. That never happened. Theres been nothing but hopeless promises and rude communication. If ******* laws were like Vegas hed surely be in jail by now. DO NOT SEND HIM MONEY!!!!Initial Complaint

I sent richard flowers $300 for a wig that he advertised off his platform, via social media. Before sending him the money via cash app he assured me that the wig would be shipped the following morning and he would send pictures. He also stated that the wigs take **** days in which I declined the purchase at that point because I needed the wig before a certain time for a special event. After I declined he then said that if I sent the money the same day that he would make it happen and the wig would be shipped the next morning and arrive by the following weekend, the 18th. On the 20th I reached out to Mr. ******************** several times and asked for any updates or have the wig been shipped with each response I got from him being " not yet ". Then I asked can he refund the $300 and he replied "no refunds" and blocked me, stopping the only means of contact or communication.Business response

Richard ******* Flowers statements are totally fabricated. I have messsges to prove that he is a fraud. I sent him $300 for a product that he never intended on providing and this business owner has a history of scamming those who lives in different regions than he. I will be filing a petition in court.
Please see screenshots that I have attached to prove that this man is a scammer.

I ordered 2 wigs from The charming experience on the website. After placing the order I got a text message from seller to complete my order for payment. The total was $673 for both wigs. I paid through Apple pay. Mr. Richard *******(Prince charming experience) accepted payment and gave me a phone call to confirm my order. He said the wigs would be ready on Tuesday September 21, 2021, and I can meet at a salon location in Snellville, that didn't happen , he asked if it can be mailed, and I agreed to have them mailed. I received only 1 wig of the 2 ordered. It was not what was shown on website site or what we talked about. I received wig 2 and it was also not as described. Both wigs hair was burnt hair, that was made of cheap synthetic mix hair they both couldn't fit my head and was just poorly made. I sent him picutturs of the wig and he agreed to give me my money back for 1 wig for $344. I agreed to that and I've been trying to get my money and it's been able to get it back from him.
