      We paid for an expensive playset that we had purchased on line. They just came and did our install and literally only installed half of what we paid for. We are missing big parts and entire areas to our set. This company pulled a bait and switch on us and sold us a lower end swing set for a higher dollar price. This swing set is nowhere near what was promised or advertised and the job is not complete. Now our sales person is not taking phone calls. We are demanding that we get what paid for and have it installed. If a satisfactory agreement cannot be met and we cannot be given what it was that we paid for, then we are demanding a refund with removal from our site and all damages repaired. As you can clearly see by the attached pictures, we are missing the entire penthouse section. We are also missing the pogo stick we paid for. We are requesting a replacement set that has everything we bought and paid for. We are not accepting this set under any circumstances. Either replacement or removal. That’s the only 2 options.

      Purchased play set of 2/25/2022. We bought the play set online. I told the salesman what i was looking for he gave me three options on the play sets. We chose robins retreat, because the website stated how many kids and age of the kids could play on it. When it was installed the warning sticker stated ages 2 to 5. The play set is a lot smaller than what the website stated that it could hold. I talked with the company and they stated that it was probably the wrong sticker. I was looking for what options we had. We purchased this through our Church.       Order date April 14,2021. Delivery date May 20,2021. Installers arrived late, did barely any work. Said they had to leave to ‘pick up’ the slide around 4pm. Did not hear back from them until 9pm when they said they had to install someone else’s swing set. They worked for about an hr before the noise was too loud for our neighborhood and sleeping children so my husband had to ask them to leave. We called and left messages for both **** and ***** Did not hear anything back until Monday when they were supposed to send one guy out who did not call until about 8pm which was too late. My husband had to install everything himself as everything was left from installers in our yard. I drove past the show room to find out the slide on our model that was at their showroom was gone. I called the **** and **** multiple times with no answer. Called from my mother’s phone number and **** answered. They were purposely avoiding my call. **** began to feed me excuses, lied about the slide saying he had no idea an than admitted that they did take it from the show room. So they delivered a USED slide. **** knew I was very upset and angry. He said to give him a chance and that they would deliver a new rock wall climb, steps and slide and throw in a name board with in a month. I did not hear a word until mid October after I submitted a google review. Luckily my children have not been injured due to the damaged pieces they delivered and failed to replace. Attached is snips of conversation between **** and I. She scheduled repair and installation for Friday Nov 12th. 3pm Nov 12th I did not heard anything so I called and left a message. Later that evening, ****** called and said he would be here at 7:30pm! He NEVER SHOWED!Install guy ***** showed up around 4pm Monday. He left Because he didn’t have a tool charger 6:30pm started. Installed the INCORRECT slide & replaced 2 boards & one incorrect board on the step which is too short. No one will answer my phone calls,emails!!
