    I recently had a disappointing experience with Davis Tire in ******, *******, and I believe it is essential to share my feedback in order to promote transparency and encourage improvements. I encountered several issues ranging from subpar service to inflated prices, alongside an unfortunate incident of perceived discrimination.My initial visit to Davis Tire was to request both rotation and alignment services for my vehicle. Regrettably, it seems that the front desk at Davis Tire failed to communicate this request to the technician. After waiting for four hours, I was informed that only the alignment had been performed. I was disappointed by this breakdown in communication and the resulting inconvenience it caused.Upon addressing the missing tire rotation, I was surprised to learn that an additional $40 charge would be applied. Moreover, I had to wait for an extra hour for the service to be completed. This situation could have been avoided with clear communication between the front desk and the technician. As a customer, I expect a seamless experience and accurate execution of requested services without unexpected charges or delays.Adding to my dissatisfaction, the final bill exceeded the initial quote I received. While I was quoted $129 over the phone, I was ultimately charged $149.95 for the alignment alone. The additional $40 charge for the tire rotation brought the total to an unexpected $189.95. Transparent pricing is crucial.Furthermore, when I expressed my concerns about the inflated charges, I encountered a dismissive and rude response from the owner at Davis Tire. This interaction left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer. Additionally, I was disappointed to discover that some of the owner's acquaintances harassed me on my comments on Davis *************** page. Such behavior is unprofessional and reflects poorly on Davis Tire as a business.I hope that sharing my experience will prompt Davis Tire to reflect on their practices.

    So you have literallly went o everyone of my post and pages and reported **. That is very childish behavior. So I will state this again. You came in and asked for an alignment . We performed that in a timely manner. When you picked up your vehicle you ask did we do a rotation bc YOU THOUGHT IT WAS INCLUDED. Which it is not , its a totally different service. You then admitted and said oh I thought it came with it. Which told on yourself that you did not tell my office to do so. Secondly then after you attacked every piece of social media I have , yes my loyal great customers told you how rediculous you have acted. Thats part of having a strong business with a great reputation. ** we have thousands of customers that love us and support us. So when you tried to bash us correct they told you to quit being childish. Thirdly. I offered you if you felt it was unfair to come to my business and get your $40 back in cash and your answer was I will expunge the funds which is theft when a service was provided. Although even after you said that I still told you to please Come get $40 to re emburse you. Which you insisted to still Act childish. Now you have ran to BBB to try and hurt a successful business over something so childish. When two Things one I dont care what pep boys charges which you were mad bc pep boys charges 99$ and we were ******. We are not pep boys . Dollar general sells soap for **** and ******* sells for **** for you gonna bash *******? Secondly I offered to Give you the 40$$ back if you felt you were over charged. So nothing to argue about. But running and bashing a business on every platform is childish behavior. When the work performed was done correctly and professionally

    Also the to be clear I think the lack of knowledge you have with our industry. So you called and priced a front end alignment which is 129.95$ correct although your car required a 4 wheel alignment bc it has rear camber and toe adjustments which is ******. Maybe you should be knowledgeable about your car if you wanted an exact price on the job. ** a car that had rear adjustment have to be adjusted before you align the front of the car. Again secondly you did not wait 4 hours thats is false again. All alignments are required to be dropped off for the day. So just bc they called you 4 hours after dropping it off , doesnt mean you waited 4 hours. ** we dont allow alignments to be waited on so thats false information again. Thirdly you offered your rotation money back again in return in cash.we do an average of 45 cars a day which is a little shy of **** a month and your the only one having major issues with the office staff. Maybe it is not the office staff and youre trying to make a bigger deal out of something that is posted clearly in our office on the price board on the wall. So if your in a budget review our price board before getting service. ** your response of you expect a solid price. With alignments there is no such a thing bc when performing a alignment is is possible you may need cams and shims or front end parts. So That is a inaccurate statement you made which is from you being unknowledgeable about this business. Sorry you are so upset we hope you have a great day and god bless

    It is my right to leave a review of the service, I will ask again. Why you dont pull your videos of the cameras? You can verify I did ask for both services. The fact you don't know how to handle a customer's reviews tells a lot. I declined to go back to your business, if you want really to give me the $40, you can refund my card. Again it's my right to leave a honest review of my experience with your business. You need to be more professional and stop to attack customers because they aren't happy with your services. I am not the only one who complained about the your behavior. Instead of try to fix your issues you aggressively misstreat the customer for tell the truth!

    Pulling non audio video does no good. You are so on that video kick . I have an office manager and two other employees that witnessed you only asked for alignment. Then when you arrived said you thought it came with it. You keep changing your story. Also yes I have proof where *** told you over 25 times to come get cash from my store. What my customers say to you on social media I cant control. Thats part of having a strong customer base for people that care. When you started all your childish behavior leaving a bad review on every post and all just to get attention bc undoubtedly you are looking for attention. They really got on you bad. All My customers over 100 on one post told you to quit being dramatized and move on with your life. That no one cared or wanted to hear about it bc they use me monthly and love all the service we provide. Some People you just cant please and youre one of them. Ive been in business for over 14 years with top ratings with BBB and ****** for a reason. We do 45 cars a day little u see a **** a month if one or two get upset thats awesome odds in this world we live in. ** some people have nothing better to do with their life but talk negative and cause drama. You just cant please all. The fact you dont understand the diff in 2 wheel alignment and 4 wheel alignment is why youre mad about price. The fact youre comparing me to pep boys when there is not one even in my area. Explains everything about the situation. Wish you the best of luck finding someone that can please you.

    I am sure one review is just one review for the empire you have. right? When you stop to continue trying to fight with a customer ***** a real investigation with your team probably will be a good place to go, the fact that you continue talking about your "loyal customer" proof I am being bullied and bashing for tell your service isn't good, I don't care what your front office people said, cause I know what I ask and my husband on the reservation order on his name.You aren't able to verify what a customer continues explaining. That's enough for anyone who read this review to check what kind of services and people business are you.I have facts you, only have words from your local town. Small business, small mentality and low super low people skills. The worst customer service in town.You should add a disclaimer on top of your entry door "only providing services for locals"

    My point proves the more you talk you just wont stop . There is nothing to investigate. This isnt private oops. Its 40$ that you were offered back. You just love dram we tried to give you the money back and youre worried about my staff so bad. If they had several complaints i would but when they hardly ever get complaints on customer service Kinda hard to say anything. Furthermore its none of your business you do not own my company. Anyone that reads how your saying and what your saying after *** tried to Make things right know you are just going on and on to feel Good about yourself. Im done talking about this situation so get ready to talk to Yourself. ** anyone thats reads this will Laugh. You are saying my customers are bullying you. Well slow down and take breathe and think wonder why? ** they know ** and use ** regularly and know all your saying is false info.     Well I am not the one who need to run to his "loyal customers" to verify is a good place to do business or to encourage them to mistreat a customer for a bad review... obviously I am not the one who needs to feel good about myself...
