In December of 2020 Junior's Building Materials was chosen to supply us with the lumber needed for the building of our home. in fact, all material was ordered. The complaints involvels the window. All 20 plus windows came back the correct color we chose (Beige) except two of them (white), which happened to be the biggest widows on the house. In March of 2021 when time to install the windows, we were given two temporary windows for installation until the correct window arrived. For several months no one called to give status of the windows. In July I made a special trip to Junior's to check on the status only to be told that the windows had been in for weeks but during the unloading from the delivery truck, the folk lift operator damaged one of them. I have even made several calls leaving voice mail messages to the store's manager or owner. A curtesy call of the occurrence never happened or a reorder of the busted window was not done. I was told at that time another order would be placed. Months went by and with several phone calls early 2022 no one could give me any information on the windows. In September I finally received a phone call by a sub contractor named Keith H**** that Junior's hired to do their window work. He stated that the windows he had was also not the correct ones. Now its May 2023 three years later and we still don't have our windows. Those windows were paid in full. We are seeking a full refund, not wanted to do business anymore with this company, their customer satisfaction is obviously not priority! I have enclosed the order form and the text messages I left in 2022 trying to find out the status.Business response

As branch manager here at Junior's Building Materials, Ringgold location, I am disappointed to hear that we have failed a customer in this way. I was unaware that Mr. ****** had an outstanding issue that predates my current role and our current ownership. Junior's Building Materials was acquired by US LBM in August of 2021. In addition to that, the original salesperson for this order passed away later that year. I cannot speak to whom or why no one was able to assist past that point. That should not have been a problem, but apparently it was. Even though current ownership and leadership were not in place at the original time the windows were ordered or paid for, we will accept responsibility and issue the requested refund Mr. ****** is looking for. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********. However the response to some of the information was not accurate, The original salesman did take the order however, there was another salesperson that was assigned immediately for this order and to place it. He was fully aware of the situation and was contact via phone and in person by myself several times but never showed any attention for concern on resolving the issue. There was a change in hands of ownership, but the original employees reminded the same. I will accept full refund for the windows and the cost of installation of new windows considering Jr's Building Materials was responsible for the replacement and installation that never happened which leaves this cost of us, the customer.windows $600.80
