I have been dealing with this sewer problem outside and inside my home since 2018 it started as a fixable issue now its out of control Im literally living in F**** and **** My carpets are destroyed my personal items have been destroyed I have mold growing on my bathroom wall I have reported this issue to maintenance multiple times and to the apartment managers multiple times they send no one out here to clean this situation up once or twice they have but literally today I have had this issue going on since last week Thursday and the weekend my home is still flooded no one has came out to clean up the f**** out of my home my wife and I have been to the leasing office and called them to still have yet to have anything done but I pay them my rent sewer and water ****/rent on time every month I am never in a late status but they still have yet to reduce my rent or accommodate me for this inhumane inconvenience not once I have done right by them for years to end up completely being fckd over this establishment is completely unprofessional and has no consideration for their tenants I cant believe this has happened to me yet again by this company Im completely upset and want nothing to do with them this is my final straw.
