Upon moving into the apartment theyve never fixed anything weve requested and they were major issues we went our first month without any AC in the summer and no heat in the fall they almost blew our apartment up due to their negligence of fixing our heat and electrical sockets which werent done properly and now we have mice running around our apartments chewing up furniture. *** presented them with this issue and they told me pest control would come out the next day only to mistakenly put the wrong apartment on the list, i have a 1 year old daughter and they have put her in danger with the unprofessional behavior and negligence weve only been here since august and havent caught a break yetInitial Complaint

Hello there I have mold that is harmful to my health and my personal belongings have been destroyed because of it . I notified my apartment to which they didnt take any proper actions . I notified them that I need to leave immediate and that I dont feel safe in the apartment that I would prefer the lease be broken with no penalty and that I could be transferred to another facility that is under their company . They were suppose to get me in contact with a regional manager yet I havent hear from anyone but the assistant a manger who thus is new and doesnt speak professional. As a consumer of the property who pays consistently on time its an outrage to see the issues. I also had a flooring caving in my water heater room which never was fixed only placed a piece of wood and tarps over it to hide it . This is a huge violation under ga law and now they are trying to charge me a penalty for wanting to leave yet its not safe and gates are broken to which we pay for to keep us safe . I am a single woman who stays alone and needs the protection yet there isnt any.Initial Complaint

We recently moved and were getting charged fees for amenities such as the pool that havent worked in 2 ******* the trash is disgusting and falling all over the ground and more we get charged 15 dollars extra for trash and theyre not picking them up also we were charged 100 dollars for gate key and gate doesnt work i also have proof
