On April 14, 2023 I took my car to God First Automotive to have my Air Conditioning repaired. *****, the owner, told me to bring my car by early that morning, so I did just that. I was without my vehicle all day long. When I returned to pick up my car, between 4 to 5 pm, my car was not ready. It looked as if they just started trying to look at it. ***** was preparing to close the shop for the day and my car was not in any condition to drive. I asked him why did they wait so late in the day to look at my car and explained to him that I needed my vehicle the same day. He did not inform that he was going to keep my vehicle overnight. I asked if he could just put my items back on my car and he began to argue with me and refuse to do anything. I was left stranded without my transportation and at the mercy of this mechanic and his shop. I was very uneasy about leaving my vehicle there overnight since I had been treated so disrespectfully but I had no choice because he left while I was still talking to him. He refused to put it back.Early the next morning I returned to see that my car was still not repaired and no one had begun working on it. *****, the owner, and I began to argue again and it was horrible. I eventually had to call the police to intervene because he was not trying to put my car back together so that I could take my business elsewhere. The police came and told him to put it back together so that I can pay him for any work that he had done and take my vehicle. He was a much calmer character since the police got involved. His mechanic finally put my car back together and I paid for him to do part of the job. After retrieving my car, my check engine light came on and it was not on when I brought the car to them. ***** and his mechanic tampered with my car. I took a pic of my dash showing that my check engine light was not on when I brought my car to his shop because I no longer trusted them. I want him to pay to fix my car that he tampered with asap.Initial Complaint

Mr. ********************** also known as "Memphiz Ridez," was selling a 2007 Acura Tsx for $3,800 on ******** Marketplace. When he arrived, I noticed two lights on the dashboard. The check engine light and the tmps (tire pressure monitoring system) light were both illuminated. He also stated that the car required an engine mount, but **** implied that the car only required an O2 sensor and that it ran perfectly with no other issues. He also stated that before he sold the car to me, his wife drove it every day. I purchased the vehicle January 23, 2023. It's now March, and the car is hot, cutting out, smoking, and giving me problem after problem. I have reached out multiple times & have received no response.
