I was approved for in house financing thru car power with *************************************** at *****************. I was one day late and *********** called me a liar and repo my car. He refused to except my car payment and told me he doesnt want to work with me in the future. *********** was rude, unprofessional and a have a bad demeanor. He called me a liar 3 times. Hes approving and financing the same cars over and over over and taking customers deposit and not allowing them to redeem the vehicle. Hes renting cars out like ***** budget and touro but with a contact thru ******** Hes in business because of ***************** is bringing customers. He using those customers to keep his business going. He repo your car after 31 days and talk to you like a dog. I would never never refer anyone to his lot. Unfortunately hes allow to lease a lot on Southtown lot. He tepo my car while I was cleaning it out. My purse and medication was on the seat all he said was unfortunates. Hes a mean angry man. He wouldnt except my 1st payment. He probably financed it after 32 days to someone and took their down payment and if theyre late hes going to repo in another 31 days and sell the same vehicle. Please dont go there he capitalized on the less fortunate, take their money, have them put car insurance on the vehicle to drive off and before they get a tag or make the 1st payment he repo the car. Hes using Southtown lot to get their customer and repo the car back. Please do not go to himBusiness response

****************** called me on 10/17, I informed her that her 1st car payment was due that day (17th). She said that she would make the payment. On the 18th I noticed that the payment was not made. I called her and she promised the payment would be made by the end of the day. Again, the payment was not made like she had promised. I called her again on the 18th. I told her that if she could not make the payment that day that she needed to drop the car off at the dealership so that we could hold it for her. If she dropped the car there would be no charge to hold it for her until the payment was made. I also told her that if the car was picked up (repo'd), we would not be able to continue the loan. She again promised to do that. When I got to work the next morning I found out the payment was not made and the car was not returned. ****************** called me around 2 pm on Friday and said that the payment would be made in 10 minutes.
At 3:20 pm on 10/20 the car was repo.
We would much rather have the cars paid for than having to repo them. ****************** told me no less than 4 times that she would make the payment and did not.
The cars are purchased not leased.
Hyundai is not the finance company.
I'm not sure why it would matter on how many times the car is sold.
