I would really give this business zero stars and to warn people to STAY FAR AWAY from this company. There are alot of shady practices by this business. Our ** was working fine before routine maintenance. Afterwards it never worked. The ** unite outdoor was practically brand new. The owner stated he would use our ** unit to pass inspection at another location but replace the unit until done. The unit was replaced however it was not our original unit. Ever since then our ** has not worked. We called the owner several times to fix the problem and he came on his own timing and never truly fixed the problem. We finally with someone else to diagnose the problem and they told us the wiring to the breaker from the furnace was a fire risk. We paid to have the breaker box to be replaced and installed correctly thinking it would fix our problems but it did not. So we had another HV** and electrician company to assess the issue. They stated that the wiring inside the furnace was a complete fire risk and that our house could be deemed condemned. When the owner of Trademen replaced a part in our furnace, the other HV** company stated they didn't know if the heat strip was the same size and could result in us having to purchase a new furnace as well as an outside unit. Stay far away from this business. This business needs to shut down because the work is not up to code.
