      This complaint is for TTMS . They are the worst trash pickup business in the whole State. Ive been using them for years because they were the only one I could use . They are late or non existent every **** week. And for months they have said their truck was broken. When they do show up , they grab a couple bags out of the can and thats it . Im done with them. Every other complaint is true.

      Trash name sanitation in ******** ******* takes my mothers money every month in exchange for garbage removal and the cans. They go weeks without picking out her garbage. It has been three weeks this time they never prorate her account. They just dont show up and they still continue to take her money. Shes 70 years old.

      We have paid for trash pickup from this company for years and it wasn't until November 2022 that the trouble began. They are hard to get in touch with, they do not respond to messages, and all they keep saying is that their truck is broken and they are waiting for parts. It has been almost 2 months since our trash was last picked up and yet they can take our payment on time but provide no service in return. I think the most frustrating part is that they can take our payment ontime (yes I used the automatic payment but have since stopped that since there has been no service) yet they cannot offer any trash pickup service. We are frustrated that we have a lot of trash and can't afford to go with a new service until we get our money back for no service!!

      Trash Man Sanitation will not answer the phone or email to cancel services with them. They don't provide the service weekly that they charge for. If you call, they won't answer. Please shut this place down. They are ripping people off.

      I have had Trashman Sanitation Service for years and have had inconsistent trouble ever since I have been using their services. When you call them, you have to call them multiple times to no avail & then with full voice-mail message. She never returns your calls or reaches out through email. My pickup day is on Monday. Today is Thurs, Jan. 12th & my trash is FULL & I've not had any pickup nor notification about why we have not had pickup. This happened about 3 wks ago when they were late picking up, then prior to that, they drove right by my driveway & went on to neighbors. I have always been current in pmts. They increased their fees quarterly, however they cannot provide a better service to us, the customer. I would like to see ******************** do something about this company, seeing all the familiarity in complaints. This business obviously does NOT take pride in what they do or making the customers happy. They take the customers money. Fraudulent ******************* most definitely needs to be done about it.

      I paid in full quarterly for weekly trash pick **** They came one time during October, once during November, and have not been back since the first week of December. During the first week of January they charged me again for this first quarter even though I had asked for them to cancel service and to come pick up thier overflowing trash cans. The mailbox is almost always full so you cant leave a message. The 3 times it got picked up was when I finally got through after calling for weeks straight. They said on the voicemail that they would reply to texts as well but the only message I got back from them so far has only been address and they have not responded back to further texts that I have sent asking for a pick up and a refund for the already cancelled service.

      This business is a pick up trash company that is not actually doing such. They charge you on time, but we can go up to 3 weeks with no one picking up our trash. When we call them to have an update they do not answer, they sometimes leave a recorded messages saying we will pick up your trash tomorrow but its a lie, they dont and just leave that recording to make people stop calling them. This business is a joke. I hate having to leave so much trash outside my bin, just because its been weeks with no pick up.

      We used this garbage collection/disposal service for many years. Unfortunately something happened and they have stopped honoring their commitment to pick up once a week on Mondays. Presently I have three weeks of holiday trash piled up on the street. At this point it is literally becoming a health hazard. The company has made no attempt to resolve this situation. When calling you get a full voicemail box. I have reached them via text a couple of times. They are rude, then promise to pickup then dont do it. Even worse they eventually picked up a block away but skipped me again. This has happened many times in the last year. I requested a discount for the poor service and was told no matter how long it takes them to pickup they still have to pay to dump it. Seriously? When I pointed out how ridiculous that was the response I received was excuse me. At this point I just want them to come pickup their trash can and all the trash stacked around it. This is not a business it is a disaster.

      I have The Trashman Sanitation services for years and I cant believe how theyve become. Did not pick up the trash on the day after the 2022 Thanksgiving holiday as they were supposed to, then finally came after 2 voicemails I left but no return call as they state they will and only picked up half the trash after coming 2 weeks later. Theyre hardly ever on a regular schedule and I looked over that but to come 2 weeks later and not take all the trash and I never receive bills. I always have to try to remember when I last paid although I use to get bills every 3 months; and they have the audacity to increase their prices.

      We did let her know our trucks were down and we were in the process of fixing them. She talked to the office staff multiple times and was in the understanding that since the trash truck was down we were sending people in a pick up truck and due to the law we can only get bags of trash no lose trash. So the driver got was he could to make room for her in the trash can until we could get our truck up and running to dump the whole can And we do bill she is set up on emailing billing.

      Hello,

      Ive never spoken to anyone from Trashman Sanitation in the last ) months. This is a complete lie. All I get now is a mailbox full message. As of today, my trash they left still has NOT been picked up and is currently overflowing because they did not take all the trash in the van after arriving after 2 weeks. I am not aware of any issues with their trucks or a name if someone there. They gave my number on file as ************* which is correct and will not answer calls made to them. I need my trash picked up since I am paid in full or refund my money asap. After reading other reviews about them, I now know how they treat paying customers. The photo attached is from 4:39 pm Eastern on 12/7/22. Ive been burning trash to keep animals away because of their failure to complete a simple job weekly.

      This company randomly sends invoices for payment to people who no longer have services with them. I have not been a customer of this company since October of 2015, and yet this is the 3rd time in 7 years that I have gotten a bill from them. I paid all remaining fees before moving from ******* to Alabama in 2015. I have repeatedly asked them to update their records but as most of the other complaints state, no one bothers to answer the phone or any other type of communication. This company needs to be shut down.
