These folks charged our credit card and have never followed through with delivery of what we purchased from them. My wife, *******, and I ordered online a Ride and Dine Date Night couples ticket ($179.38 with tax) from them back on February 7, 2024 for the afternoon of March 17, 2024 at 3pm and paid by credit card (which was charged almost immediately). We drove all the way there from ***********, ** to enjoy our Date Night only to find out after arrival that it had been canceled. We were promised then that we would be contacted to reschedule. To this date, no one has contacted us, numerous phone calls and emails from us have gone unanswered and the website is still up but not taking reservations.Initial Complaint

I bought tickets for a *********** event to take place April 20, 2024. Communication was a problem immediately as I received emails with 2 different arrival times for our trail ride. Then, I received an email the day of the event notifying me it was canceled due to rain. It was a beautiful day, not raining. It had sprinkled the day before, no heavy rain. The email said to text with a reschedule date from ones she listed. I did that and heard nothing back so I called. She (*************) opened and read my text for the first time while I was on the phone with her, I know this because she had read receipts on, and assured me that I was rescheduled for my chosen date and would be receiving tickets for that date "today." I did not. I gave it a few more days and still did not receive tickets. I both emailed her and texted her again requesting a refund. She ignored me until I threatened to report it, at which time she first told me her phone had been "smashed by a horse" and that's why she couldn't get back to me or reschedule me & then began to argue that it was a "rain or shine" event so she would not issue a refund, only a reschedule. I pointed out that I tried to **************** had not rescheduled me after she literally canceled my event due to "rain" and I insisted on a refund. She told me, in a text, that she would refund me but it would take 3-5 business days. Another delay tactic. She took my money for a service she did not provide.Business response

Good morning!
I just received this message about a complaint. Unfortunately our events are weather dependent as its an outdoor event. For the safety of our clients as stated when a ticket is purchased it is non refundable but we offer many rescheduling options. Above is the communication offering you those options with many dates to choose from.
