    I purchase 8 intelijacks to level and raise the foundation on my house at a cost of $10,000, at that time I also bought the maintenance agreement for 3 years. Thank God because after the installation the workers told me to let them know when they come to inspect on May 11th that 4 of my Jack's were maxed out(otherwise they were cut to short) and would have to be re cut and then jacked back up. When Anthony B******** came to inspect he agreed and said it would be 6 to 8 weeks to get that approved. He returned on June 26th to get this done he arrived by himself w no assistant. As he replaced the 4 Jack's he noticed that 2 more were also cut to short. So now 6 of the 8 Jack's that were installed now need replaced. He replaced the 6 jacks but being by himself he could not jack it back up and level it out. He then told me it would probably be another 6 to 8 weeks before he could come back with help to level it back up. After he left and didn't jack the house back up, I went to open our back family room door it was jammed and out of alignment. I had to take the door off the hinges to be able to open the door and have access to the family room because that is where I keep our animals. After putting the door back on since the house wasn't level now the door won't close and my animals are now roaming inside my house. After 8 weeks I called Anthony on his cell phone and wanted to know what was going on, he said he would get with the office and call me back the following day, the next day came and went w no response. On Sept 6th over 10 weeks now I called the service dept spoke w Kiaria told her about the situation and she said she would email Anthony and his supervisor Matt and get back with me either later that day or the next. No call! Now Sept 12th I called back and spoke with Sara she said nothing has been done yet but would check w Kiaria and her notes and told me I would here something back the next day. Since then I have notice a crack in our wall. Still no call!
    Now with my back family room doors not opening the wall has since then cracked/splt the wood by my doors since it was never re jacked and leveled out. Now almost 3 months now since this problem was supposedly going to be fixed still no call. Now the 3rd time that I have called the service department for any updates spoke with Jemina on Sept 19th said she would get with productions and call me back later this afternoon. She confirmed my cellphone number now waiting to hear back from her. Not going to hold my breath cause I heard that story to many times with there service department. Seems like I'm getting the run around.
