  On December 25,2022 I had a water pipe break in my bathroom due to cold weather. On December 26, 2022, I contacted several restoration companies and put my name on their lists because was backlogged. at that time. Toward the end of January. 2023,several of those companies came out to my house did Evaluations and gave me an estimate. All but one company did not give me an estimate when I call back to service master restoration. They told me that they couldn't give me an estimate because the young man that did my estimate was out in the field. And that I will get a call later so Service Master Call me again. To send out their employees. To do another estimate the employees came out did employees Did moisture test and measurements and brought 2 machines with them and plugged them into the wall As they were leaving they said we will be back tomorrow to. Start taking? Up. The floor I asked when will the floor be replaced? They told me that they don't do floor replacement shortly after they ieft I unpluged the machine call the company Service Master and told them that I was not going to use their company and I needed someone that could do the complete job and and ask That they will come and pick up their equipment. She told me at the office that they would be here the following day which would have been on February 1, 2023, They didn't show so I gotta call three days later February 3,2023 From service masters office stating that she had someone in the area that was going to pick up the equipment that day three hours later they were here 2 employees one of which was a District Manager, he asked if he could take some pictures and if I would my name on a tablet that he was carrying I refused, they took the 2 machines that was sitting at the door for 3days and they left. Few weeks later I get a email invoice stating that I owe $ 542.02,I have made several attempts to resolve this problem both by ***** and phone ,this is the phone number **********. .
