I purchased a product from the smoke shop and the next day the product malfunctioned. It was a vape carriage and a vape pen . I buy these every week from this particular shop. But this time the cartridge leaked out and brought it to the clerk as proof that the vape oil had leaked out on the vape pen. I asked the clerk if he could replace it he said that the only on who could approve a replacement is the owner and he gave me the number . I tried to call twice and recieved multiple rude inappropriate messages asking why I was calling twice saying that I have a problem with texting and that he wasn’t going to even allow me the opportunity to speak to him that it needed to discussed via text message which I am not able to do . Due to my disability. I didn’t feel as if I needed to explain myself so I cut the conversation with the owner after informing him that I would be contacting the BBB as a results of how horribly he was being via text . I returned the pen and the vape to the clerk and left the store with no replacement .
