            I purchased a tractor in 2020 that included a 6 year drive train warranty that I was told included the pto. The pto has recently quick working so I took the tractor into my dealer, ***** Tractor for repair. TYM has denied the warranty claim. I have tried calling and get no answer. This tractor has just over 160 hours on it and has been in for repair no less than 14 times. I have asked for a replacement due to the extreme number of issues and tym has refused. At this time I would simply like tym to honor their warranty and fix the tractor.

            Do not purchase one of these tractors! I have owned two branson tractors. One purchased new in 2019, and then traded in for a 5835R in January 2021 I have had serious problems with both. I currently own a 5835R Branson. It has broken down once last winter, and twice this winter, (2022-2023). All three times it appears to be an issue involving the injectors, and injector pump. the DPF filter has also clogged requiring regens as often as every 6 hrs. I would never purchase another Branson or TYM tractor. In fact I will look into Colorado lemon laws to get relief for the complete failure of this machine to operate. The tractor is key for us to keep a 1/2 mile barn road open by removing snow and moving hay to our livestock. With the failures this winter I have not been able to remove snow and get hay to the horses.
