      I purchased a tractor in 2020 that included a 6 year drive train warranty that I was told included the pto. The pto has recently quick working so I took the tractor into my dealer, ***** Tractor for repair. TYM has denied the warranty claim. I have tried calling and get no answer. This tractor has just over 160 hours on it and has been in for repair no less than 14 times. I have asked for a replacement due to the extreme number of issues and tym has refused. At this time I would simply like tym to honor their warranty and fix the tractor.

      Mr. ********* warranty on his unit started 1/31/2020.  This tractor has a 2-year bumper to bumper warranty and the there is a power train warranty for the six years.  Repair to the power take off (PTO) is out of the warranty period. The warranty is for manufactures defects.  Powertrain warranty does not cover this repair

      I purchased a TYM 754 spring 2023, overall the tractor has been good other that a poorly designed shifter, it has broke twice, I called Rome GA and the customer service there was DEPLORABLE. They don't seem to care about addressing the faulty design or about their customers,all they tell me is to contact my dealer. I have done that but it's not the dealers fault. They also made it a point of telling me they do not work with the public. All I want is a better designed switch or them to ship me several of them because they fail after 3 months or so.

      Purchased a 32,000.00 dollar ******* tractor from ***** in Anderson MO on August 2022 since then the company was bought out by TYM in Rome Georgia. On June 12th we contacted ***** to let them know our backhoe arm broke in half was told we could get a new backhoe arm since it was under warranty. On August 19th, 2023 we took the tractor to ***** for repairs and as of August 31st, 2023 still no repairs and was told that TYM sent the wrong bushings. We use this tractor for our business and continue to lose money each week that it is sitting in the shop not fixed. We have made several calls to *** at ***** in which he himself has made called to TYM being told the parts are either coming or to find out they sent the wrong parts. We cannot call TYM to express our concerns since they do not have customer service number you have to fill out a complaint form online. I feel we have been more than patient with this company and we need our tractor fixed urgently and the correct parts sent. We are taken all appropriate action necessary and that is why we are now reaching out to the Better Business Bureau for help and a resolution to this situation.

      We purchased a ******* tractor from **** ********* back in spring of 2021. Since then it has been repaired 3 times costing approx $1800-2000. The sales rep Mr ********, ********* *****, a Service manager ***** ******* and **** ******** from TYM all told us it was set up incorrectly, the wrong tires were on the tractor and they were not supporting the companies selling the tractors as well. The mower deck is now locked up and not working because of those 3 issues and after paying to repair the tractor 3 time for bent parts, I feel they should repair or replace the mower deck and give us the tires we ordered at the beginning to make the tractor correct so we can used it for the purpose it was purchased for. No one will not return any calls after they agreed to look into it and call back. And we are left to pay to repair the tractor once more.I

       Mower Deck only had one year warranty, from purchase date, which has ended. The problems with Mower Deck and lifting arms started the fall of 2021,  due to the fact that the Mower deck was never setup properly from the beginning and it was ordered with turf tires but had R4 tires due to turf tires being unavailable at the time.  We were to get turf tires as soon as they were available, and we still do not have them.  After multiple conversations with 4 different people from TYM who all stated that the tractor should not have been sold to mow grass with the current tires (R4) to begin with and that the tractor was incorrectly set up and they had not supported the dealers to train them how to set it up.  The first time that parts bent/broke I ordered parts and replaced them myself and paid for the parts.  Once they bent for the 2nd time just 2 months later, we returned it to the dealer to have them check to see what was wrong and they replaced the same parts that we replaced the first time and we paid again so all in total it has been approximately $1800-2000 total.   They have advised that because it was incorrectly set up {Ihe mower deck didn't even touch the ground) and the wrong tires were on, it rubs the mower deck every time you turn right and it was lifting and pushing the mower deck towards the rear wheels which has now caused the gear box to leak and is currently locked up. The dealer currently has the tractor and they are telling us now it will be another $750 to repair the mower deck that is now out of warranty. The dealer has agreed to split that cost with us so we would owe $375.  However, the problems that caused the mower deck to lock have been happening for the last year and a half so we feel TYM should repair or replace the mower deck since they have admitted to not support the dealers with training, it was sold with the wrong tires and it was not setup properly from the beginning so they should make it right.  I don't feel that we or the dealer should have to pay out of pockets when they have admitted to the above issues.

      Feb 19,2018,Purchased a *** ******* with the TX2000 loader for $15k from ****** *********** in Wilson, NC. a TYM authorized dealer. May 1, 2018 the tractor dropped off for repairs at ********* *******, TYM authorized dealer. Tractor sat 2 weeks waiting for parts from TYM.May 2019, after working with the tractor for 12 months, I documented several issues.Reached out to the TYM Plant in NC.Issues that I was experiencing with a 15-month-old tractor were the following:Shift Linkage for the Low to High gear bends with normal operation eliminating the tractor to be switched into low gear,the shift handle for the 3-point hitch is bending,will not shift out of 4wd,will not disengage the PTO when the lever is positioned to the off position,thus being a safety issue if the dash PTO button is pressed on accident,engine overheats almost every day with normal use,front bucket has cracked in multiple places where it has been factory welded,hood continues to pop open while operating the tractor.June 2019 to Sept 2019, searched around to find a local shop to perform the warranty work.Sept 27, 2019, to Oct 8, 2019, I addressed ****** to have them purchase tractor.Oct 8, 2019 to Oct 27, 2019 discussions between myself and TYM occurred to get the tractor repaired.Oct 31, 2019,T234 was picked up for repairs. Dec 2020,another issue with tractor,the rear lift arms slammed to the ground unexpectedly.Jan 22, 2021 dropped off at *********.Internal damage to the tractor discovered.TYM was involved and parts ordered. Feb 28, 2021, TYM parts finally received.Mar 8, 2021,picked up the tractor.Jan 3, 2022,tractor was lacking power. 1 year I reached out to TYM to get the tractor diagnosed.Advised that **** **** ***** was a TYM authorized Dealer. Jan 7,2023,dropped tractor off at **** **** ***** warranty claim with engine having several internal issues. Please see detailed attachment for more.

      I called Branson on May 11, 2022 requested to speak to a general manager in regards to brand new branson purchased I did on march 2022 from Keno tractors due to i was told from Keno that branson wont cover the warranty from the broken backhoe parts after they review the pictures we sent. I talked to Scott the service manager to hear me out on what happened why it broke & we can send more pictures if need be so he can have a second review to help me out to replaced it for free since i just purchased this tractor this march 2022. Scott response to me is he will not and wont cover the broken parts for free, this is making me feel he did not care and did not want to hear me out. I feels like this a unacceptable response for being a business owner and this is how i am being treated. Where is your compassion for your client, i bought this tractor for over $30k this is our hard earned money and being treated like that not ok. I hope you don't continue to treat your client like this and treat them right and stand by your product and do what is right.

      I have a 2019 Branson 4815 that is still under the 5 year Power Train warranty. It was purchased in Baton Rouge, LA from *********. The 4-wheel drive broke and ********* did not have a mechanic. They recomended I bring the Tractor to S****** Repair service in Woodville MS. Sanders repaired the 4 wheel drive. The problem was internal and took 2 weeks to repair. This dealer informed me, he could not get in touch with anyone at Branson to discuss the warranty payment. I was in immediate need of the tractor so, I paid the $700 repair fee. I would like someone with Branson to contact ******* to get confirmation of the work performed and reimburse me the repair charge. I have made many attempts to contact someone at Branson. I have talked to multiple people in the service department. They have taken my information on multiple occasions with a promise to call back but, I have never received a return call

      Bought a brand new Branson 3620r tractor on 09/23/2021 and put 28 hours on it I was doing some dirt work at my land getting dirt from a pile when one of the bucket tilt cylinders give out and bent the rod I called the dealer I bought the tractor from and sent them pictures of the loader on the tractor and they said they would have to contact branson rep for approval they contacted me 3 days later and told me I was denied due to operator mis use . I don't see how normal operation of the loader is mis use I would like branson to hold up to there warranty and replace the two bucket cylinders that seem to not be rated for normal use

      I bought a new Branson 2515h tractor the 1st week of April that was delivered with an engine miss. I had to take to a different dealer to have looked at due to the fact that my local dealer would not. Upon troubleshooting per Branson's factory rep. it has been determined that the engine is bad and needs to be replaced. The dealer is unable to get an engine however and Branson will not commit on a solution. I bought a new tractor I should get a new tractor. This has been going on now for over 4 months, I am making payments on a tractor that is tied up in a shop. Branson appears that they really don't care. This dealer that I ended up taking it to for repairs, ********************************, has been wonderful . Branson will not return their calls to make a decision.
