I contacted this company in September for a quote and it started a nightmare of a process. My original mover and move date was switched 3 times due to another closing issue. I was trying to get this company to work with the companies price. 1st problem started with the down payment when nobody showed up when I was told they would. I should have taken that as a sign to not hire them. Then when the guy, ****, came he said he might as well look and see what all I had. After I gave him a deposit of $150.00 to reserve the date of Oct. 6th 2023. Then I started thinking about how he was telling me to take things apart, I got concerned because a regular full size truck should work. I called him that day and asked the size of the truck and he said it was a 16' trailer and height wise he said "open". He claimed they stack and tarp everything and drive real slow. I couldn't believe what he was saying. I told him no way was my stuff being moved that way, it was insane and I wanted my check back. Then he said they has 1 truck, but it was being used on another move. He said they would rent 1 for my move to keep me as a customer and said the price would be a fixed price of $400.00. Most everything was done by text with this company, so I have proof but don't know how to print. Also, I have witnesses on how they kept texting they would be at my house in 20 mins, then 30 mins and they kept changing the time. They were supposed to be at my house around 1 pm and didn't get there until 6:15 pm and it was then raining. They didn't bring tools to disconnect washer/dryer. They didn't stack the truck right, so took longer to load and make things fit. Then it was dark and raining and didn't get done with the move until 10:45 pm. They lied about the time started and lied about the price and charged me $600.00. I gave them a bad review and true, the owner texted me that if I didn't take it down he would take me to court. I have witnesses and texts, please call me 4 info.
