I am a resident of unit 905 in the ****************************************. I already moved in April 2023. At the time of moving in, this property was being managed by another company called GreyStart to make the story a little less long. At the time of our move in, they practically lied to us saying that our apartment is ready and in reality it was a lie, they made us sign a contract stating that our home was ready to live in. After they gave us the keys, we discovered that the floors were not ready, there was no sink, lights, fans, thermostat among many more things,3 months later, ********* apparently lost the contract, and the property began to be managed by the ********. At the time they started, I myself filed a ticket to report mold in this apartment. The manager, *****************, came with the maintenance supervisor to inspect the apartment. I took advantage of the opportunity and I told her that she could come to my apartment so I could tell her the list of things that apartment had that belongs to me so that at the time of my departure there would be no problem, she confirmed that there was no problem and that it was not necessary, all the item that I previously mention were purchase by me and installed by ******** and some of them by current management approved by ******. My lease at this apt will ends by 7/9 i had communicate with her about me needing these items to be removed by the maintenance people before my move out date and she is refusing to do it. In the process of me moving stuff out of my storage unit I find out that there was a leak at this storage unit that damages many items that I have in there las year in July I put a ticket for this to be taking care of that it was never repair I communicate this to ******, she advised me to put a claim with my insurance company the insurance company now denied my claim because ****** communicate to them that the damages were cause by a heavy rain the this information is incorrect because there is a water leak at this storage.Initial Complaint

Dispute damages to property they are saying I owe them nearly 1,800$ for smoke damage to unit,which there was no stating u can not smoke in the lease agreement also they are saying i damage the walls.but there is no physical damage to the unit itself i also have video of my apartment before leaving the unit.
