11/2022 complaining sense Move In April,2022 I have noticed ROSWELL CREEK, is not recognized in BBB system therefor should such a complaint be made?what will Happen?? I am dissatisfied with this Company in regards with rental rates being so high and the value of home are not conducive to fit Luxury Living as posted on Website, Rusted Pipes, low sitting Toilets, High septic Fragrance, Unreliable Team on Property, Mailboxes unsafe to enter and receiving other buildings mail in Mailboxes which allow my thoughts of not receiving my important mail, due to ineligible numbers on ALL boxes and no proper safe lighting in area. THIS property is unaccredited by BBB for a proper reason undenounced to me as a tenant.please help me receive my 30% saving each month as of April and throughout lease. Thirty percent rent decrease is truly needed possible a rebuilding off property and tenants relocated until further notice. this place look and ***** condemned. I have pictures of Mailboxes and rust surrounding toilet no picture on the smell. I have sent email to leasing office 9am this same day after receiving another persons in different building mail. I have been looking for credit cards and birth certificate for two weeks. They must provide new boxes and pay for our P.O. BOX, until further notice.I submitted a Review in BBB website today and Now Complaint. Help our Community PLEASEInitial Complaint

I have been going through a lot with this complex. I included pictures and information below. To whom this may concern, I have been emailing since August about having molded toilets in my unit. A vender came to my unit to inspect in August and explained that my toilets were in need of being replaced and I was told that he would report back to ******* and the Office Will Follow Up.I have been getting the run around since, work orders have been created and have been falsely completed. I was promised that I would have my toilets replaced before a new maintenance team was brought along.I am very offended that the maintenance team would offer me bleach to remove mold from my toilets. I have no issues with being a clean person the toilets have been molded since I moved into the unit in April 2022. I also included the mold issue in my paperwork prior to moving in. I am very unsatisfied and disappointed with knowing that Roswell creek will allow there residents to live in a unit with mold. I have included more pictures of the mold. Please address this matter ASAP ! I have asthma and my one year old son who has asthma as well and can not be exposed to mold. I will get documentation from the doctor explaining our health needs if needed! Also I have been living in my apartment with no heat for almost 7 months. I was told from Roswell Creek that I need to purchase my own meter. The previous meter was removed. I have a leak in my apartment every time It rains and it has began to damage my things. I have explained everything to Roswell Creek but they have falsely closed work orders saying they have completed them. I am very unsatisfied living in this apartment complex. I applied to a townhome style unit at Roswell Creek Apartments that had availability on their leasing website for August 19th. On August 9th our leasing consultant ******** said I could have our keys on August 19th, then when asked "How late could you move" I told ******** that I could move no later than August 30th, and she said that was perfect. On August 11th I was told our apartment will not be ready until September 14th without any further information as to why, if I wouldve known that we wouldnt have applied to this unit. She offered me and my boyfriend the opportunity to apply to another townhome style unit that is $200+ over the $1,517 that we were quoted at for this unit. Further, they didn't have an exact date on the availability of our apartment since clearly what they're posting on their website isn't true but were requiring I put down our deposit by end of the day 8/12. I wouldnt have chosen this unit and spent $125.00 x 2 on application and admin fees (per person) if the availability wasnt going to be within August. Also, I received a phone call from their team August 30th asking if I had set up my internet which I told the woman that we never agreed to moving in and told our leasing consultant we wouldn't be on August 11th, the woman over the phone said they kept me in their system as moving in/a resident. I emailed them and their management team, **** Management, and received a response August 26th saying they would look into the issue and get back to me, as of today September 26th I haven't heard anything back and it's been exactly a month. I'm looking to receive back my admin and application fees, plus concessions since I believe this business knowingly sold me false information and did not hold up their end of the contract by upholding my availability after approval.
