              We were not informed there would be a fee if my loan was not approved. We were not informed how much the fee was. A total scam, the year prior a paid $275, for my taxes. I was scammed into paying $646, with the offer of receiving my refund early. Total scam, no reason to have been denied, my Wife and I have very good credit.

              Terrible bank. They work with Paypal and then asked me to void a check when I tried to deposit it to my paypal account and then came back and said the check was not voided right. All I did was write void in bold across the check and now I have to request another check from the company that issued the initial check. Will never use them or paypal for that matter
