      I purchased tickets for this bar crawl and was sold tickets for a bar crawl that happened the week before. We didn't know until we arrived at the event and was told we missed the bar crawl. I have reached out in various means only to be given the run around. Obviously the tickets were never used, all I want is a refund, original so I could purchase tickets to a different event, but now, I am feeling this company is being shady and refusing to refund my money for tickets that were unused for an obvious mistake on one of our parts. I have never purchased tickets through this website before and know mistakes are made, I just want this company to make things right.

      We were sent an email on Monday, 12/18 from ****************** asking for a refund (see screenshots of our conversation). We then received an email from the Better Business Bureau the following day saying ****************** had filed a complaint with them. We normally take 24 hours to respond. ****************** claims we didn't respond to her after many attempts but as you can see from our communication with ****************** she had reached out our ticketing platform, Eventbrite after the event had ended and this is why they said they wouldn't give her a refund. But no where did she send us any emails or any other form of communication until the first email on Monday, 12/18. Again after the event had ended. We did offer her a refund but believe this claim is unjustified and should be deleted since 1. She purchased a ticket to our event but was confused on the date to no fault of ours (all clearly stated on our ticketing platform), 2. We did not receive any communication from her personally until Monday, 12/18 after our event was over. and 3. She reached out to our ticketing platform, Eventbrite, after our event ended as well and this is why she didn't receive a refund from them.

      We also offered her a refund once we responded even though she reached out after the event was over.
