I had three different people put advertising soliciting information on my front storm door within one hour *****2023 from Taylor Construction Company. We have a sign at the entrance of our neighborhood stating No Soliciting. This was ignored. If these people want business here they should either call or mail target customers.

      Dear Mr. ********,

We do apologize that you received a flyer from our company on your door.  Our company does have marketing teams that go out to offer home improvements to neighbors of our customers. I am unsure why there would be multiple flyers, they simply hang one on the door if no one answers the door.  I imagine that occasionally the pamphlets may stick together, if this happened this was no intentional.  If we may help you in the future with any home improvements please let us know!

      Sincerely,

      Southern Industries Home Improvements

I live in ***************. And live on a fixed income. And on ******* I ordered a walk-in tub from sales rep *********** ******** of ******************* (contractor) for $*********. On ******** the tub was installed by Taylor construction (sub contractor) . My brother-in-law replaced the subfloor to the old tub. Because I was told they would do everything needed under the tub to be done to support the new tub. The cut the old tub out with a saws all. Cutting into the floor. Spending approximately 10 hours they finished and demonstrated the use of the new tub. Pulling the larger panel from the tube showing how to use a tool for removal. After about three weeks, my brother-in-law finishing the bathroom remodeling had to remove both panels to lay my new flooring. And discovered that the contractor cut my floor joist and subfloor leaving a large hole under the tub and into my crawlspace. A hole approximately 12 inches by 9 inches and never repaired the joist. I called the numbers on the paperwork I had on Monday the **********************************. I was told she would have someone call. Call never came. Can't get anyone to return my calls for someone to come out and look at the workmanship of my walk-in shower. In less than a month after insulation, lifting occurred on the wall side of the shower and the line is spreading. I have made numerous calls to the company with no successful return calls. I love my shower, I'm simply looking for someone to come and fix the problem. I have attached a picture.

I hired Taylor Construction to install my master shower in 2016. ******** 2021 the shower tray cracked. Its still under warranty, so I contacted them for the repair. ***** 2021 Justice, an installer, came out to measure to order materials for the reinstall. **** of 2021, I called and spoke to Jennifer to get the status on the materials, but was told the materials still hadn't come in. She said materials were on back order due to Covid. I called in ********* to check the status and was told the shower color I have has been discontinued so I would need to choose another color. An appointment was scheduled in ********* to choose another color, but no one showed on the scheduled day. After several calls and complaints, Eric finally came to my house in ******** to write up another invoice to order materials AGAIN. As of today, I still have the crack in my shower floor, and the crack is spreading. I have called several times, with no return calls. I decided to go to the corporate office in Roswell 2 weeks ago (4-13) and spoke to Eric in person. He was very condescending and patronizing with a bit of aggression. He told us they're still waiting for materials from the manufacturer and there is nothing he can do about it. He stated furniture stores are backordered as well so I just have to wait like everybody else. Its been 14 months and the shower has still not been repaired.

I had been informed by Eric P on a recent visit to the Company that they had plenty of shower doors, the panels were in the warehouse and the shower tray would be coming in within the next two weeks. On ***************** we signed a contract with Taylor Construction to have a bathroom remodeled for a total cost of almost $12,0000. We made the required down payment of $4K. When we signed the contract we were told it would be 6-8 weeks to get the materials and then an install would be scheduled. As of ******** we still do not have an install scheduled. I call and/or text weekly for an update and have been told on two separate occasions************************************ @ Taylor Construction that the final piece (the shower walls) are out for delivery and should arrive in a "couple of days". I asked to speak with a manager on ********* and was told he (*****) was on the phone and would call me back. To date ******** I have not heard back from him. Business Response /* (1000, 11, 2022/04/27) */ Dear Better Business Bureau, Taylor Bath Division has completed Mrs. ****'s bath project. We apologize for the delay in the project, it was never the intention for the project to take so long. The materials have been unpredictable on delivery. The lack in communication was demonstrated in the Taylor division, Taylor bath apologies for this. They actively are working on communicating more efficiently daily. Mrs. **** has a few details we are still working on together. We have ensured her that her job will be completed to her satisfaction. Sincerely, Taylor Bath Division Southern Industries ****************** Consumer Response /* (3000, 13, 2022/05/03) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Taylor did finally complete the bathroom remodel on *****************. Started on **********, arrived without the grab bars and shower door. The shower and toilet were installed in 2 days, but the shower door did not arrive until Friday. They had to return on the following week to remove glue from the bathroom floor.....this took multiple phone calls to resolve. Immediately upon completion of the shower their billing department started calling me DAILY. There was not discount or consideration given for the long delays in delivering the service or the failure to communicate. I asked for an Invoice to be mailed to me and **** just kept repeating that it had been emailed and was very rude. I will NEVER use or recommend Taylor Construction again. I am very happy with the final product, but there is NOTHING that can make up for the horrendous lack of customer service. When you spend $12K for a bathroom remodel I should at a minimum be able to expect to be notified when there is a delay and to have phone calls returned when I call to speak with a supervisor.

I purchased Gutterguard from Taylor Construction in 2013. The gutters have a 20 year finish warranty, in late September/early October of 2021 I noticed the gutters on the rear right side of my house were no longer connected to the structure, I called Taylor Construction too many times to remember at the time I discovered this issue leaving several messages for the manager over Gutterguard. I essentially gave up as the holidays approached and resumed my calls with the last week. I was told that my file shows that the manager had returned my calls several times and had left me messages which is not true. My most recent call was on ******* and I was told that the manager over Gutterguard was finishing up a call and to expect a call back within ten minutes. To date I've never received one return call regarding the issue that I'm having with my gutters. Matter of fact when I purchased the gutters this company also tried to sell me windows which I indicated I was not interested in they were more persistent about selling me windows that returning my several calls about the item I actually purchased from them and have a warranty for. They even sent someone to my house with window samples. I want this issue addressed as soon as possible given the fact that I have several years remaining on my warranty. What kid of company ignores customers that actually spent money with them? If I was considering them for anything else i definitely would not use them given this experience nor would I recommend them to anyone I know.

After consulting with the Taylor Construction Company (TCC) about installing a ****** walk-in bathtub/shower, they informed me that we were set to have the bathtub installed with no modifications needed to our residence. Their sales representative mentioned in the attached document had me sign a contract and took an initial deposit of $6,244. When TCC came to install the tub, their construction representative told me that the tiling would have to be taken out altogether and retiled after they install the tub, and reconfigure at least one wall, which was not mentioned when their salesman came to evaluate whether we needed any modifications for this tub. Living in a rental unit in a senior community, I was not permitted by the Executive Director of the community to take all of the tile out of the bathroom and replace it for this tub, nor was I made aware beforehand that this was needed, so I requested a refund of my deposit. I have been unable to get any resolution after multiple attempts to reach the company. Please look at the attached document for a more specific breakdown of the issues I had with Taylor Construction.

Taylor Construction installed my Gutter Guard on **************. After the rain storm and snow that Atlanta had in early 2022, there are leaves and pine slaw in the corner, in the front of my house, that has not wash away. I contacted the construction department to have someone remove the.debrie to no avail. I was told that I need to pay somebody, or myself, to remove the debrie. "I thought I was done cleaning my gutter" Taylor Construction have installed a screen, mesh or some type of net that will not wash away the debrie. This makes for an unwanted curb appeal. Your warranty/advertisement is not corrected,

Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/03/08) */ I have spoken to Mrs. ********** in length to try and determine a good plan of action. It was explained that the screen is installed due to the high-water flow in her corners. I believe there are 2 to 3 areas of concern. Taylor can certainly remove the screens to prevent the debris build up, but the water will come off the gutters quick in a heavy rain. Mrs. ********** did not like this scenario. I asked her to think about what will make her happy. Overall Mrs. ********** seemed pleased with the gutter system only the corners are her concern. I did explain that never clean your gutters is a clog free gutter system. Debris will still collect on the roof. I left Mrs. ********** a message today, she was busy working with other contractors at her home and was going to call me back the last time we spoke. Thank you, Taylor Construction

I signed a contract on October X XXXX and put down a $500 deposit for a tub to be removed and replaced with an walk in shower. We were told it would take six weeks before the project would begin. As of today, no work has been completed. I have called the company as well as my spouse and no one has called us back. My husband did get a text from Bryan saying he was sorry for not calling back however did not provide any updates on the project. When we call this company we only get the voicemail. At this point, I would like my $500 deposit back and for the company to cancel this contract. It's been a very unprofessional experience so far and no work has been done.

We had gutters with leaf guard installed Dec 2020. They have a lifetime no clog warranty. Around April we noticed there were corners where water was coming straight through the gutters. I called the customer service manger and reported the problem. I was told he would give me a call a few days before someone would be out to the house. In May I called again because I had not heard from anyone and was told by the service manager that a ticket was created and they would give me a call. I left messages in May. I spoke to service manager in the beginning of June and was told the same thing I was told in April. I called the service manager several times in July and left messages because he never answered the phone. End of July I spoke to a representative and was told a priority ticket would be put in. August I was told they did not see a ticket. I emailed videos, left messages for manger, and spoke to his manager. It's September and my gutters are still not fixed.
