I have a bad outlet that has went out again. This company checked my outlets in the Kitchen and replaced it back in 2018. Fast Forward to November 10, 2021-Dana from Mr Electric called me an hour before my scheduled appointment to cancel. This was totally unprofessional where I was waiting for a few days for this appointment. I waited most of today to for the electrician and rearranged my schedule. They are very unprofessional, rude and lack empathy for their customers. I will never use this company again. The last appointment from Mr. Electric in July was just as terrible where the automated light panel does not work where I was overcharged and the lights stay on all the time due to the electrician's negligence. They have no price in their work. I will not recommend this company. They only see you as a way to enrich their company.
