ZERO STAR REVIEW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!this is the most unprofessional place to work. DO NOT DO IT! I work for simos in VA. I was informed thru word of mouth that I wouldn't have to report to work for the rest of the week on March 29th, well after business hours. The following Monday before I was expected to return to work I called the simos office for more information and was informed I wouldn't return until April 17th and to file unemployment. No reasoning was given just told not to return. I got a phone call the end of the week prior to returning just for them to tell me I wouldn't be returning back to work until the 19th of MAY!!! the lady then asked if I would be willing and able to work at a different site until returning back to work. I accepted but was never given any other information about it other than I would be taking a pay cut and have an extra 45 minute commute to work. I got a phone call again on the second or third of May asking if I was willing and able to return to work on the 10th of May, to which I accepted again. I got ready for work just as I had done before the shut down, clocked in just to clock out thirty minutes later because their was no work. do not work for this company even if times are rough. do not work for this company if you are looking for consistent full time pay, their communication ***** and they are very very very unprofessional.

They are a at will employment meaning they don't need reason to let someone go without a fair warning process the supervisors are rude and abuse there position they I worked at there *** club distribution center in ****** CA and they treated Simos like we were the Jews and there the Nazis they let me go for no reason just cus I spoke up for myself they suspended cus the lady supervisor didn't like that I wasn't going to act delusional worsted place I ever worked for I truly believe I was discriminated on cus of my spiritual believe only thing I could think of
