    We bought our home from ********************* Bldrs in August 2020. In about 2021 ******* sold the few remaining homes to Southwyck Bldrs to complete. Southwick has on several occasions given us finish dates of the few remaining homes (homes which are under contract) and they have not yet completed the homes. The homes are at the front of our Over 55 community. The weeds have been 4-5 ft. tall for several months and the lots are scattered with debris. When the homeowners complain, Southwick sends a trade-person over who might work one day and we never see them again. Before our subdivision roads can be completed, the homes need to be finished due to the wear & tear of heavy construction equipment brought in by the bulder. We have already incurred expenses patching the base-layer of the asphalt roads. The homes need to be completed so that we may move forward. Attempts to complete the remaining homes have been inadequate. Southwyck needs to follow thru with their continuing promises and stop stalling. Thanks, *************************

    We can mirror the reviews of ************ and ****************** as this is not a random pattern, but an obvious method of business practice for an organization that needs to be called out.Only reason our review with one star is that zero stars would not be a valid response.We signed contract Feb 16, 2022 for Lot 6 which at the time had only foundation slab laid out, and were told to anticipate completion by end of August 2022 barring any supply issues. After finalizing our loan process and sending payment for our deposit, we receive notice 2/28/22 reading ""FYI. Builder is having to set up new supplier for framing. The previous one only wants to work with big volume builders. It may be several weeks before framing starts because of that. Ill keep you posted." Given global supply issues, we accepted reason and prepared for a delay of several weeks or maybe a couple of months. With no follow up received by end of March, we began to request information and the pattern either no response or false promise started. By end of May, with NOT A SINGLE MINUTE of activity, we inquired about why we were able to witness Southwyck activity at ******* and Cooks Farms on properties not under contract, yet our project had not even started yet.? Response received with an apology and stating that "supplies finally available, should not be any more delay and work will start by end of the month" June and July have come and gone without a SINGLE MINUTE of activity, so we began to research the experience of others and learn about the frustrations of many leading to a potentially beautiful community left with unsightly properties, an unsafe road, and to add insult, a tipped over port a potty on our site. This all the proud work of "one of greater Atlanta's premier homebuilders" So much for the credibility of awards. We simply want an truthful answer about when work will be STARTED and when it realistically may be completed? Then it appears we may have to worry about quality. Sad!
