      *** purchased from them before with no problem but this time I haven't received my order and it's been over a month... I even paid for priority shipping... I've tried to contact them numerous times numerous ways with no response... I read a couple of similar reviews and I'm just trying to get my money back at this point ** clearly something is wrong...

      My order was a total of $80 back in Nov 2022- no response or update on the order, which is a huge bummer because I love the products and they work great. Ive had no one reach out to help me or offer a refund after multiple communication attempts. Checked today and the website is no longer working. Very upset, lost a lot of money.

      I made two separate purchases in October of 2022, and never received any of the products I ordered. I finally emailed the company two weeks ago about my orders and they sent an email out saying there was a fire in the warehouse and they are sending out refunds. I have gotten a partial refund for order # ***** and never received any refund from order # *****. I sent another email out about the situation a week ago and didn't receive a reply. The company's website is down at the moment, and I have no way of contacting the company about my refund.

      I had a subscription with fruitify that renewed every month, for September and October 2022, $27.67 was charged both months but I never received the product, after not receiving the second shipment I called and emailed the company to no avail, November 29, 2022 I finally got a response email saying that due to a warehouse fire production has stopped and refunds would be issued. I have not heard anything since and no refund was issued, also their website is still up allowing people to order from them, they are taking peoples money because they have not posted anything on their social media account or website stating that theyve had damages or that production has paused or stopped. *** emailed and asked for a refund several times, still no response. In the documents Ive uploaded I included the email I received about my next renewal to show how theyre still emailing and advertising, but not responding to complaints or giving refunds.

      A month after making orders ***** for $33.16 and ***** for $39.07 on Sept. 30th, I was told there had been a fire and that they were figuring things out but would be sending out an email explaining everything. I never received an email and as a matter of fact it seems as though they are still taking new orders on the website. However the website mentions nothing about being temporarily shut down due to this fire I was told about and like I said I still havent seen an email or anything. I attempted to message them yesterday and never received a reply. I just simply want my refund and be done with them.

      I have been placing orders online with Fruitify since 2018 with no issues with order confirmation and shipping notifications. My order #***** was placed and confirmed by Fruitify on 8/19/2022; then delivered on 8/26/2022. The next 2 orders (***** & *****) were both placed and confirmed in September 2022 and no delivery or response as to when to expect product shipment as of today 11/14/2022. I have reached out multiple times to fruitify via email and website chat and they have responded with a different answer every time (see attachments) and then no response at all. I also went to their ******** pages in the last few weeks and other customers are stating the same issue with lack of delivery and response from Fruitify.

      September 18, 2022 was the 7th time I placed an order with Fruitify. My order#***** cost was $136.98. I normally receive my order within 2 weeks. I reached out to Fruitify on September 29th 2022 because I still had not received my tracking info. I was told that production days had been lessened due to shorter work days. I gave Fruitify more time. I reached out to Fruitify again on October 6th. I was told my order was in production. I again allowed more time. I was sent an email October 12th, 2022 stating that my order was on its way. I received tracking info on October 13th, 2022. More time passes, and I still have not received any update from **** or Fruitify. I reached out to Fruitify on October 15th, 2022. Days later, I received a email stating the **** did not pick up orders for shipment. Again, I allowed more time to pass. Around October 24th, 2022 I was then told that the had been warehouse fire and the warehouse has been closed. I called Fruitifys customer service number and was told by reps that they had not heard of a warehouse fire. Fruitify has not made any public statements in regards to what has actually happened to customers money and shipment of products. Also, the website of Fruitify is still functioning for sales. I asked for a refund on on October 24th, 2022. My refund request was denied. As of November 8th, 2022, Fruitify has not fulfilled my order, issued me a refund, nor has a Fruitify given me an update in regard to when I will receive my merchandise.

      I placed a order with this company a month ago,I have been calling and emailing to see where my order is or to get a refund, no response whatsoever!not good business and I would like product or my refund immediately!
