I opened a CampBX account in may of 2013 and purchased several Bitcoin. Years later they send an email that bounces to my spam folder saying I have a month to withdraw my funds and close my account. In 2018 I finally see the email while looking up some other bitcoin related emails. I tried logging in, and was locked out so I created a support ticket. SonnyV, the help desk coordinator, told me they closed my account due to inactivity (no mention of a zero balance), and asked if there was anything else he could help me with. I told them I'd like them to reopen the account so I could close it out, and received no response. It's been three years now and they haven't responded to my request to reopen the account. I have tried calling the numbers listed on the site, and here on the BBB site, as well as emailing ********************************** and ********************************* with no response. I would like access to my account, along with the full transaction history of the account from May 2013 onward.Business response

I have tried to get my 3.75 bitcoin released from Campbx going on 5 years now. They continual lie and give me the run around. I think that a Class Action Law suite is in order with criminal charges to follow. Keyur ********* and Sonny ***** are their leaders.Business response
