I paid $800 to ******************* of Brand Reactor on 4/8/2021. This was for a series of up to 4 two hour discovery meetings which were necessary to proceed with before Nici built an app for my company. The discovery meeting involved her going through my app idea with me and creating a project outline prior to creating an app. We completed the discovery portion and I planned to proceed with having her company make an app for me. We spent several months sending a contract back and forth and having our lawyers review them. One day Nici stopped responding. My last email from her was 9/16/2021. Since then I have sent at least 4 text messages to her, 5 emails from me and two from my lawyer and a message through her website with no response. I have received nothing from her, not even a copy of the outline for app that we discussed during the meetings. I am requesting my $800 back since I had every intention of proceeding with creation of a product after going through the discovery process and she is the one that has stopped responding. I no longer have the trust in her to spend additional money with her company to finish this job. I would also like an official complaint to show up on your website so others do not go through this.
