    On 03/09/2024 I entered Mountain Motorsports with the intention of purchasing a used 2023 KTM 790 Duke motorcycle that was listed on their website. I spoke with a salesmen named *************************. ***** did a breakdown of the finances for "costs out the door". I have a copy of the agreement. Selling price : $7495 Freight and prep/recon: 487 ************ $89 DOC Fee: $199 TAX: $572.67 TOTAL: $8,842.67 I agreed to this price. I then was taken into the finance office where I was told I had to sign my paperwork to complete the deal. The finance manager told me he initialed where I needed to sign and to let him know when I was done. I assumed that the paperwork I was signing was for the agreement I had just signed with *****. I was not told about any changes or discrepancies. Once I got to the warranty page I was told by the finance manager where to initial accept and where to initial deny. He then pointed at the bottom of the page where the document said "NOTHING OWED". He did not explain that they added the warranty costs to my loan without my approval. They also told me that they would wave their credit card fee, which they did not do. No one reviewed the loan paperwork with me. I was just told to initial and signed where highlighted. After reviewing my paperwork at home I realized that Mountain Motorsports had changed the agreement and costs before I signed, That what I agreed to, and what they had me sign were two completely different things. Here is the breakdown of the loan they had me sign under the pretext that it was the same as I had just agreed to. SALE PRICE: $7485.25 PREP/ASSEMBLY/FREIGHT: $487 DOC FEE: $199 Credit card usage fee: $19.50 Sub Total: $8190.75 TAVT: $573.35 ************ $89 GAP ISNURANCE: $500 (NEVER DISCUSSED OR AGREED TO)EXTENDED SERVICE AGREEMENT: $1500 (NEVER DISCUSSED OR AGREED TO)Total Price: $10,853.10 This was $2,010.43 over that was agreed and what I was led to believe I was signing.

    I bought 4 motorcycles from Mountain motorsports at various locations: 2016 cbr 650f, 2017 ****** gsx s1000, 2018 ****** mt10 and a 2022 ktm **** super duke Evo. **************** is decent ,but service is absolutely The worst. I always had my other motorcycles serviced from outside and always they used to give me the bike within a few hours if not in a day or two at a price 3 times lower than what mountain motorsports had quoted me. But since the ktm **** superduke is an expensive European bike, I was worried about the electronics and I purchased an extended service warranty and prepaid service from them. It all costed me around $4500 above the msrp. I also have a 2021 *** 540i, which is a $71000 car with all the options and they charged me $2300 for a similar kind of warranty and service contract. Despite being a repeat customer and despite buying such expensive service contracts, the service department has been absolute nightmare when it comes to being responsible or accountable. My first service was due at 620 miles and I called them to see their schedule. They told me that I can bring the motorcycle after two weeks and they will make sure they will service on the same day. But when I brought the bike after two weeks I was told they were backed up and suggested that I bring the bike during winter ! Yes the front desk person had asked me to bring it 6 months later !! Then upon offering to drop the bike there, he told me that service will take another week or so. When I called them a week later, I was told the same story, and same timeline that It will take another week. Getting a simple 1 hr service is an absolute nightmare, There is absolutely no clear commitment nor responsibility from them towards how long it would take for them to get the service done. Speaking to the service department feels like you are speaking to a mindless rude robot. They are not even willing to listen to my grievances nor able to provide a clear resolution
