            I hired the company to paint the exterior and interior of my home. The job is supposedly covered by a 2 year warranty, of which I communicated would need to be exercised well before the 2 year expiration due to the exterior paint flaking and wearing away. The business owner ***** was initially responsive and assured me that we were within the warranty timeframe and would the issues would be addressed. In the near year of 2023 I followed up with ***** and again he was responsive stating he would get us on the schedule within a few weeks. This last communication from ***** was on March 6th. Since then efforts to contact him to resolve the issues and follow through on his word and honor his warranty have failed. Additionally as a result of the delay in ***** following though, further (water) damage has occurred to areas in question as a result.

            Flawless team of ****** and **** et al just painted my living room, dining room, hallway, stairwell including spindles and upstairs hallway, master bath, powder room, guest bath, and two large upstairs bedrooms and all of the baseboards, doors, and window frames and bathroom ceilings, one of which required some repairs. They did a great job. They were here every morning at the time they gave me. They were polite and friendly, respectful of our property and moved all the furniture back in place. The day after they finished, ****** and **** had to stop by to pick up some knee protectors they left and ****** helped me hang several things that were hard for me to manage. In addition, I feel that the ********************* quoted was very reasonable. After the initial estimate visit, he kept in touch about the start date and everything went very smoothly. This is the second time we've used Flawless; 3 years ago they painted all of our exterior trim, deck and porch and once again, did a great job. Definitely recommend them and ask for ****** and ****.
