Atlanta Painting Company just blew the other estimates out of the water. I was impressed with the sales rep ****** ****** the project manager and ******'s workmanship. Communication was excellent and we are very pleased with the new look. Our house is brick but we wanted to paint the house white. ***** and ***** helped us decide on the right combination of colors and it looks awesome. We used Romabio Mineral Flat White paint on the brick and SW Duration super white for the trim. I'm so glad I chose APC, they were the first to respond and I was impressed from the start. We were very happy with the exterior painting of our home. The crew arrived as scheduled and completed as scheduled. The office staff were very responsive to my questions and scheduling. ***** and his crew are hard workers who take pride in a job well done.Review from Nicole R

This is a company that pays for reviews from customers, $10 Amazon gift card for every review. They asked me to do new reviews. I did on **** and Google.They never sent me the $20 Amazon cards.After a month, I complained to a dreary, boring-sounding, no-service employee name ****** No action on his part. A week later I contacted him again. He said there were no reviews from me and I should send him a screen shot. I will not spend any more time on the reviews.******* at **** said they took down my review because I already reviewed the company. My review is still on Google.Several years ago after the company did a painting job on our home, I did a review. It took me two follow-up calls to the Painting Company to get gift certificates. Maybe they feel if a customer doesn't follow up they save money by not sending the gift certificates.I'm not sure if this is a scam, but it is truly a no-service company that tries to buy reviews from customers.**********************

We are sorry for the inconvenience and back and forth in getting gift cards, however I do show that the gift cards did go out on 5.12.22. Due to our size and amount of reviews received if we do not see a review that is claimed to be posted we do ask for a screenshot just to verify, as stated in your review what can happen in the digital marketing space is the reviews can be taken down removing our ability to verify a review has been given. Also we in no way "buy" reviews as we incentivize all reviews good and bad with the option of gift cards or donation to the local charity of the customer's choosing. This is simply a way to give back to customers for taking the time to give us constructive feedback that allows us to better service our future customers. The reviews were on the sites; the sites or platforms have copies* However, after the experience with "oh hum" ****** I replaced the reviews with the negative review*On ******* the review appeared next to the positive reviews posted several years ago (that's the way the ****** system works)* It did not appear as a recent review* Also, the positive review was on ****, but also replaced by me* After I first complained to ***** about the gift certificates, he said he would check* He never called me back about the result of his checking* Terrible customer service* Terrible* After he said I should send a screen shot, I said the positive reviews were posted (again, these can be checked at the sites)* It was then I got totally frustrated with the time I spent with ***** * * * replaced the positives with my negative review* It was after I explained the complete situation with *****, your estimator, he made sure I received the gift cards*Keep in mind: We went through the SAME situation with ***** the last time we had a painting job completed by The Painting Company* Once again, I had to complain to ***** about ***** and his lack of customer service skills* It was then we received the gift cards*We are a repeat customer!Review from Amanda G

I had Atlanta Painting Company replace siding on the exterior of my home, paint built in cabinets in my home office, replace drywall in a bedroom, as well as paint a couple rooms and ceilings. I was very impressed with the quality of work, overall cleanliness and responsiveness. The price we were given was very fair and ******* maintained consistent communication with me until the job was done. While one of the workers was painting our built in cabinets they accidentally damaged the glass panel of the cabinet door. Atlanta Painting Company gave me no problems and gave me the full cost to repair the damages. I would highly recommend Atlanta Painting Company and would certainly use them again the future.Review from Morgan L

Got a full interior paint job, cabinet painting and LVP flooring installed by TPC. They are amazing and easy to work with! The project manager, Kevin, Foreman, Juan and his crew did a fabulous job. They were so friendly and communicated well throughout the project. Great warranty to back up their work as well. Highly recommend to South Atlanta! âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸Review from Josh G

This is the second time we've used Atlanta Painting Company and the second time we've been impressed by their skill and professionalism of Genna, Kevin and Jaime. They recently painted our kitchen cabinets, and we were blown away by the detail Jaime and his crew took to ensure the cabinets were done right and the rest of our appliances and areas of the house were protected. On top of that, the entire crew was kind and courteous, told us every time they were leaving, arrived on time in the morning and double checked work with us to ensure we were satisfied. We would absolutely recommend APC to anyone and can't wait to use them for future projects.Review from Eva G

My home experienced water subrogation August 2020 due to roof looks that my HOA was slow to resolve. My entire home had been repainted by the end of Nov 2021. June 7, 2021, six and a half months later, my water heater leaked due to the roof HVAC tower. The water mitigation service used water gauges that stained my newly painted walls. This was a relatively small repaint job and Atlanta Painting was wonderful; Megan was magnificent, timely, professional and helpful in explaining the job to be done w/ a follow up proposal, estimate and link in one email to pay a deposit to be reimbursed by homeowner's insurance claim, which caused a delay in the start of the small project. GUESS WHAT!!! A second homeowner's claim had to be sent to my internet provider, the tech damaged the attic door area when he fell from the attic. So Atlanta Painting took care of that claim too--The painters, Mother & Son, so nice, took care of both claims on the same day. I would use Atlanta Painting Again and Again. This is a very professional, competant,, well-organized, and reasonably-priced painting company. We hired them for both interior and exterior painting and they did a beautiful job.
