    I called Cat Flap Fever because I had some questions about their product and needed answers prior to purchasing. Their rep didn't understand my questions and said she would have her manager call me back. Her manager and owner refused my service simply because I had questions that their rep couldn't understand. The owner/manager refused to even speak with me on the phone. Since they refused to speak to me I would advise others to be careful about purchasing from them. I would advise any prospective customer to be careful of how they word their questions when they call in because the rep might twist what they say around to mean something they did not say. If Cat Flap Fever wants to have a good business I would advise them to keep their communications open with possible customers. One never knows when one might turn away a good customer. Good customer relations will always keep more customers coming.

    Let me be very clear on behalf of our small, family-owned business. We do not tolerate any type of racially insensitive language and will refuse to do business with anyone that engages in same. I am the owner of the company and had the opportunity to review the conversation on our ring camera and I firmly stand behind our decision NOT to do business with ************. Our wonderful customer service representative was polite, professional, and could be understood perfectly. ************ was talking over her and asking disjointed and confusing questions in an abrasive way and can ultimately be heard saying that she would prefer to "speak with someone who speaks English". That is where we **** the line. We absolutely love and appreciate our customers and our employees are like family. We will stand behind them and give up a sale again and again if they are treated in this manner. Thankfully, it is incredibly rare. We informed ************ immediately that we didn't wish to do business with her and she continued calling, texting and emailing. We don't wish to engage with her and have blocked her from being able to continue to disrupt our business.

    Clarification: ************ can be heard on multiple Nest cameras (not Ring) and the exchange was also heard by the co-owner of the company; who was sitting beside our customer service representative with the phone on speaker mode. It's significant to note that we simply advised ************ that we didn't wish to do business with her. She continues to insist that she didn't say what we think she said which is quite interesting because we never gave her a specific reason. She's exposing herself on her own with her statements. She obviously knows exactly what she said and it is unacceptable to us, therefor we chose not to conduct business with her.

    I have requested to listen to the call so that I can hear what they think I said but that has been denied. I am not a racially biased person. I know nothing about this person or company. If the company refuses to talk with me then I don't want to do business with them either. I just want to advise others to be very careful of your choice of words when talking to someone you know nothing about.
