I too, would give 0 stars if that was possible. This pool company was hired by our condominium group in ********* ************. They charged our association more than $7,000 and NEVER opened and treated the pool. Our brand-new pool turned into a swamp! They never assigned a pool regional manager, and they sent subcontractors to supposedly open the pool, who never vacuumed or added chemicals. They are supposedly based out of Georgia and supposedly have an office in ** but if you look up the office address, you'll find its a *** location! SCAM, SCAM SCAM. Don't use this company. They will upsell you on their life safety protocols but let you down majorly when it comes to performance. Steer clear of this group or you will end up like the rest of us. We are filing a claim with the State ************************* in both states. Clearly there are many of ** that have been scammed and taken advantage of.

In August 2022 I was contracted by USA Management to provide pool maintenance for a community pool. My invoice has been submitted via email, text and registered, signature required ***** TO DATE, I have received a partial payment. I have made numerous attempts to contact them for payment. HORRIBLE COMPANY

We hired the/is company to provide lifeguards for our pool for the 2022 summer season. Out of the 101 days that our pool should have been open with a lifeguard, it was only open for 5 days. It has been difficult to get any stright answers from anyone with what is going. It is difficult to get anyone who you need to speak with to reach back out to you. They always seem to be in a meeting or out to lunch when we call. When we try to email they hardly respond back. We had followed the contract to cancel for the 2023 season and they are still trying to send us invoices for the 2023 season.

Stole money from our pool, its a scam. Dont walk, run!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I'm a retiree who went to work for this company as they were contracted by a private HOA that has 2 pools for its residents. The onboarding experience was involved and required a lot of "agreeing" to their "policies" which included having access to a smartphone with their app installed for access to clocking in and out. It was also required to pay for uniform shirts that it took a month (into a 3 month job) to receive. The app didn't work consistently and when it 1st didn't work a selfie with my clock in and out times was acceptable sent to the current supervisor. No mention was made of a form that needed to be submitted. Later when the app wouldn't bring up my facility for me to clock in I did what I'd done before. I sent selfies and my times to a person who was now my new "supervisor" although that was never really clear. When I inquired about my time being added I got several conflicting instructions. She asked me to send her my hours and she would pass them on to upper management. She also went down some rabbit hole about a form I couldn't find on their website. I should add there were also young men working at the pool having similar problems. After I found the form under a link called proposals and named "Going under" (not a clear path to I need to submit my time) it required me to sign saying I had not done my job and the hours I submitted would have to be researched and reviewed which could take up to 4 weeks. I was not informed until after contacting her manager that I was in fact wrong for working my shift because I was unable to clock in on their app and that was my agreement with ***. I had not followed policy. i.e. I won't have any chance of getting paid unless I sign and submit this form. He also expressed that he has 300 some people working FOR *** and that I am the only complaint he's had. I won't sign the form. It's a scam. Beware.

My daughter worked as a lifeguard for them a few years ago. She showed up at the pool on time every day, but never got paid. She was told there was a problem with their new payroll system and she should email her hours to her remote supervisor, which she did. She followed up with phone calls, etc,, but never heard back from him. She continued working for free, hoping that the problem would eventually get resolved, but it never did. Instead, after working full-time for over a month, her supervisor fired her for continuing to request to be paid. What a terrible company! They've been running this scam for years. BEWARE!!!!
