Roof was installed when prior owners were living in the property. They had a 1 year warranty. When we purchased the house, 3 years after the roof was installed, there was a leak in the garage. They sent someone out to take a look at the roof and confirmed it was initially installed incorrectly by the contractor. They fixed the outside of the roof but took no responsibility on the inside of the garage after being told by ****** that they would fix it the interior work. They said since the warranty time had past, they don't feel responsible to fix the garage. I would understand if a shingle fell due to weather or something out of their control then they wouldn't be responsible however since their contractor corrected the roof due to THEM installing incorrectly to begin with, i do believe it is on them to fix it. The previous owner hired someone to install something and unfournatly they did not do the job properly from the beginning. I spoke with the manager ***** and while everyone is nice, no one is taking responsibility. Again, had the roof been damaged to natural causes, i would completely understand. You did the job incorrectly and now do not feel responsible to fix the damage caused due to this. I will be taking this matter to court.

************************* bought a house that we performed a roof replacement on on 5-18-2020. The warranty expired 2 years after the completion date. Please see attached warranty showing that the warranty is expired. ************************* was never a client of ours. She just bought a house that we performed a roof replacement on in 2020. The original client had a chance to purchase an extended warranty, but they chose not to. The original client never had any leak issues. This is out of our hands.

      **************,

First of all, thank you for being a valued customer of ********************. I apologize for any confusion that has resulted from your experience with us.

On 3-23-2021, you signed a contract with our roofing company, Peachtree Restorations, and the separate ************************* ***************. While you did file the initial roofing claim, by signing up with both of us you authorized that *************** would submit proof of the reroofing, receipts, pictures, and invoices once we (Peachtree Restorations) completed your roof replacement.

The first estimate you received from your insurance company is what they thought the roof replacement might cost, but this was before any work was done. After the roof is completed all evidence is submitted by *************** to your insurance to make sure all costs are covered for the roof replacement by your claim.

The first line of the contract you signed with Peachtree Restorations agrees that the total cost of the job is the agreed upon price of the replacement cost value (***) determined by your insurance company. Insurance companies will not release more than they guarantee is fair. Currently you are breaking your contract with Peachtree Restorations by refusing to pay us the rest of the *** your insurance company agreed upon. Please feel free to reach out to us to discuss this more or request more copies of documentation.
