On 03/03/17 my youngest son ******* ************************* passed away from suicide he was (23 yrs. old) and my heart is broken at the loss of my baby recently while going through his paperwork to retrieve his last paystub from his employment which was *** Security **** address location on paystub ************************************************************************** to inquire about who was the 401k insurance carrier for the ** Security **** Company? And were there any monies accrued to the account? I have made several different attempts by phone to contact their company and all to no avail. phone number on paystub ************** (fictious) contacted **. Security **** branch in S. ******** **. and the representative stated I reached the janitorial section of *** Security **** but he gave me a contact phone that routed me to the Benefits Team and the women representative took my son's S.S.# and birth date information and stated he was not in their system to have worked for that company. I then stated that I have my son's last paystub directly in front of me saying that he did work for this Company! I felt myself being irritated and emotions elevated by the lack of work being provided to assist me with my son ********* Company employee search, I also took the liberty of writing to the ** Security **** Headquarters location ************************************************************************** and the direct reason for contacting your BBB agency, to assist in resolving my inquiry issues with ** Security **** regarding my son Sampsons 401K account and my being the beneficiary I am his maternal mother ********************************** who also sent in along with letter of inquiry my birth certificate, a copy of his Social Security card and a copy of the last paystub the above mentioned paystub. in closing I hope that I can be provided my son ******* ***************************** 401k information. Due to my family and I experiencing and trying to recover from the Pandemic epidemic and could use any monies accrued to my son Sampsons account.
