Took my 2013 ****** Armada in to the ******** **** store for 4 new tires and an alignment. I have gotten tires from them many times with no issues. The car was completed a few hours later, I was not given an alignment sheet like normal but was told it was done. ****** miles later my rear wheels were severely deformed. I went back to the same store to show him my issue and the manager said the tech could not align the rear wheels because he was afraid the camber bolts would break. I explained that it needed to be done and I think I should be getting new rear tires. He said they would do the alignment if I had new camber bolts. I ordered them from ****** and brought them to him to do the alignment. I was then charged for the second alignment and they did not have to use the new bolts which I returned. I was told not to rotate my tires and see how the rears are after another ****** miles or so. We continued driving it and many miles went by and my rear tires were worse and one of them was losing a lot of air. I took it to the ************* NTB and they said the tires were in to bad of shape and both needed replaced. I spent another $500+ on 2 more tires. Then I called the complaint line and talked to ****. **** was great and said that NTB would issue a check for some of the amount. A month or so went by and I called again about the problem. **** was not available but they said it looked like the case was resolved and I should have been receiving something. I called back again a week later and got in touch with **** again and again was told he would get it taken care of and I would get a call back with their resolution. I would like refunded for the two tires at $189 each. I am willing to pay the labor for the tires and for the 2nd alignment that I should not have been charged for.
