      When I attempted to buy a 2021 ************ (White 4 door). The car was pulled around to the front of the showroom for me to agree with the purchase. Once the paperwork was signed, the sales person said that I had the wrong car. The tag on the car keys that I was given read "Grey 2021 ***** Impala". When I inquired about the color mentioned on the key tag, I was told that the ************* Altima" was what I had agreed to purchase. I was not offered the Carfax for the ************* Although I disagreed with the ************ Altima being the original accepted vehicle, the sales person insisted that the ************ Altima was the best purchase. So, I took possession of the ************ Altima and drove it home. Only because I was told that if I didn't want to keep the ****** Altima, that I had 5 days to return it to the dealership without any obligation to purchase. While driving throughout the next few days I noticed certain malfunctions with the ************* Altima". The rotors of the front tire made bumping noises and the drivers side door handle (outside) did not match the others. 4 days later when I attempted to return the ****** Altima, I was told that the finance department was closed and I was to bring it back the following day. The sales person and the General Manager insisted that I not return it but just exchange the ****** Altima for a different vehicle. I resisted the offer and explained that I no longer wished to do business with this dealership. I gave them the keys to the ************ Altima. As I was leaving, the General Manager ran behind me into the parking lot saying "I am going to put a repossession on your credit report." I then exclaimed " so you are trying to ruin my credit that I've worked so hard to build, at 66 years old?" I then drove away with my sons Jeep Cherokee.

      They sold us a 2015 for $15k; the car only ran 3 months. They lie & sell used cars for way more than they're worth/valued. We're now stuck with monthly payments & paying full coverage car insurance for a car that can't drive & no longer runs. ALM (Atlanta Luxery Motors) refused to take the car back because they said it has no value & doesn't run ( well, look at the irony in that) & they have no mechanic that could fix the problemS with the car & nor do they have a full auto shop for repairs. They promoted this car as a great running used car. It will costs us $10k+ to get the car fixed; meaning, we would end up paying a total of $25k+ for a car that only ran for 3 months. They are Sharks & should be investigated. DON'T BUY USED CARS FROM ANY ALM DEALERSHIP. Despite a small few of people having ok experiences, too many **************** companies are being ripped off & the dealership continues on with business with no repercussions for their poor unfair practices. *** refuses to make their wrongs, right & refuse to provide the contact information for their headquarters when asked. Their conduct is a disgrace to the auto sales industry. Finance companies need to stop providing financial auto loans to this dealership until ALM does right by its customers.

      We purchased a 2021 Jeep Unlimited Rubicon 4xe from ALM in May 2022. Communication with any and all departments was terrible! I had to chase them down and extract information from them. Guess that was my first red flag... They would not budge on purchase price. They included a $7500 tax credit in the list price, that we thought we would receive for buying an EV vehicle. Come to find out, we don't qualify for that tax credit since we aren't the original owners.Next, we had to arrange transportation to deliver the vehicle. They promised we would have the vehicle within a couple of days. The gentlemen that delivered the Jeep had told ** they did not put any requests on that vehicle for 3 days AFTER we purchased. He also told me the dealership said I was "annoying. You will have to be "annoying" too if you do business with ***. The jeep arrived with two right side rear floor mats. I contacted them about it and they promised they would send the correct one. I'm sure you could guess by now, how this went. We first received the wrong floor mat and still haven't received the correct one. The first couple of days we had it, it was making a funky noise from what the muffler. When we called, they swore they did a ****************************************** perfect condition, but couldn't provide the inspection paperwork. We kept "annoying" them of our concerns about the noise, so they told us to take it to our local Jeep Dodge dealership and it would be covered under factory warranty. When we took the jeep in, they told us this jeep was ******** and we have no warranty coverage! Then when we got the plates, the tax collector let us know we overpaid for Tag/Title by $500+. I had to "annoy" them for several more months, before they sent us a check. They had zero plans to give us our money back if we hadn't reached out.So now we have a $60K+ vehicle (worth $45K) with absolutely no warranty. This dealership is a combination of shady and lazy, DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them!

      I purchased a truck from ALM Roswell in GA on February 5th. They have great vehicles but their business practice is horrible. They tried to add $1,995 for some shop fee when the only thing that they had done was an oil change. Then they tried to add $995 for a paint protection that had not been completed because they had just got the truck in and it was extremely dirty when i went to test drive the 2020 F150 I purchased. How many people fall for this illegal pricing!! Then I was told that they had to do my DMV paperwork because I was from ************** and they used RegUSA for completing the Title and registration. RegUSA charges a fee for the service which I knew because I used them in my previous job. I knew they would need my personal property tax payment and sent that right away. Called about 5 weeks later to check on my plates and was told that they only do title only for SC residents. Again, not what I was told by the finance manager that did my paperwork. I emailed the owners assistant last week and request funds charged for registration be refunded and had no reply to my email. Great vehicles but very shady business practices.

      Agreed to a deal for a car, I did not like there financing options, so I told them that I already had approval through another agency with a better rate and lower monthly payment. After they got the email from my agency they decided my trade in was worth $1000 less than originally agreed upon, and that their vehicle was priced $2600 more than agreed upon. I did not buy from this place, and I feel that they are very unethical in their business approach.

      The process was stress free and pleasant. They are very thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to find me a vehicle that suited my needs.
