Ordered custom window with a **** week delivery/install with A 1 day installation guarantee. On day of ordering and paying half down informed salesman we would need an itemized receipt for HOA approval. I had to call several times and eventually informing them I would have to cancel if I didnt receive immediately. Day of install installer was unable to finish having to come back the following day. After final install windows were left unsealed with gaps showing through to the outside allowing water and insects to come through. Had to wait several days for another installation tech to come and properly seal windows that were not the correct measurements, leaving sliding glass door inoperable (not able to lock) and screen door unable to fully close or lock, nails and screws all over the floor. Company is no longer responding to this after video and pictures. Knowingly leaving us unable to lock and secure house. Company is not taking care of serious issues and quality control is a joke.Business response

We apologize you feel this way, but we are truly confused by several of your comments... 1) We have never stopped responding to you, including calls and text exchanges in the last 2-3 weeks. Your most recent feedback was involving a screen that was made incorrectly by the manufacturer and a missing screen lock receiver. Those two products were reordered with the manufacturer immediately on the day you reported them to us. We informed you that we would have a service technician replace those parts as soon as they arrive to us. We hope to have them any day now. 2) We respectfully disagree that there are gaps and wrong measurements. A manager was sent to your home and inspected the installation with you upon completion on 6/15/22 and found that one window needed some caulking on the inside. All other windows were sealed and you were satisfied. You even signed our completion paperwork stating that you were satisfied with the work. We also added some additional caulking on the outside, per your requests. But there was zero water leaks discovered during this inspection. 3) We sincerely apologize about the few screws that we found on the floor. This was unintentionally left behind by our install crew. They do their best to clean up during their work, but clearly missed some screws, and again we sincerely apologize for that inconvenience.
We look forward to delivering and installing your reordered screen products as soon as they arrive. Please don't hesitate to call us if you need anything additional in the meantime. ************.

I order windows from this company back in August. It's now November and my windows still haven't been received. I ask for a refund but the manager told me no way we don't do that. Before signing a contract with this company I ask if my windows would be here before Thanksgiving and was told yes. I called again to get an update on my windows but was told they want be here till after Thanksgiving. I spent over $13,000.00 for windows and could even get an updated and when I was trying to explain how unfair this is the just told me that's the way things go. I feel as if I was tricked. Promised a deadline that is unreal. I bought these windows because cold air is getting into my house and my seven children are complaining about their room being cold but the company doesn't care. They didn't even remember to check on my order till I called. Please help me to explain to then that this is a big deal and you should make promises that you can't keep and every customer matter even the lower class.Business response
