These criminals installed our HVAC units at our house, via ****************. Instead of doing the job correctly, we had a standing pool of water under our house, which caused mold to grow, causing my family and me to get sick no less than 20 times during the course of a year. We had to spend our own money that we shouldn't have had to spend, to try to kill the mold and prevent the condensation from collecting to create more mold. Also, due to the excessive moisture, our house is in need of foundation repair. This company is liable, and is responsible for the repairs needed due to improper installation, negligence, and failure to contact me in a timely manner to do any maintenance work. Also, one of our units is leaking, and when we called a repair man from another company, he couldn't find the leak. We've had to pay over $2000 to try to fix the issues Healthy Climate caused, and there are more issues that need to be fixed. When I contacted this business I was told the owner would call me back. He never did. We need to be reimbursed for the $2000 we've had to spend on medical bills, dehumidifiers, drip trays, chains, pipes, hydrogen peroxide, equipment such as gloves, masks, and the like, for the application of the peroxide, and we need to have the foundation repaired at Healthy Climate's expense, as they are directly responsible for the water that has caused our house to sink on one side, due to improper installation.
