On March 3rd 2023 I went to this dealership to purchase a vehicle after being there about 15 to 20 minutes the salesman told me without a $2,000 down payment and the trade-in of my vehicle that they cannot work out a deal but to be assured they did not pull my credit report well later that week I found out they did pull my credit report without my permission, I contacted them through their website and made my complaint and all they done was block me from their website I think this needs to be noted about their business and whatever the Better Business bureau deems reasonable and this matter to make things rightInitial Complaint

We purchased a vehicle on 7/27/21. The vehicle was sold to me without informing me that it was a lemon. Casey ******* refuses to take this vehicle back. I did not know it was a lemon until i tried to refinance it.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/08/18) */ Erroneous, the major word that appears to be getting ignoring is the word "was." This should and is warranted to be replaced with is now "not" If a vehicle is purchased back from a manufacture via the "Lemon Law" once the vehicles issues were corrected and rereleased by that particular OEM then and only then is it required to be identified as a reacquired vehicle/buy back aka lemon law, etc., and once the vehicle has another owner after this initial disclosure it is not required to be disclosed in order to sell it. Why? Due to the fact OEM do not sell New cars with mileage on them, they send to what is called a Factory Sale, better know as a closed auction that is not open to any wholesale dealers or the public, that OEM's dealerships only, this is why they are required to identify vehicle's history, dealers can purchase or not purchase with this information. If vehicle was initially purchased from said auction then that car was sold and traded by the customer who purchased from OEM factory sale purchasing dealer(we did not purchase from OEM closed auction), vehicle is not required to be disclosed as a previous reacquired vehicle, why? Because it is no longer deemed a lemon or buy back or reacquired, etc., it is a used vehicle, one that this customer has had no problems with, the only issue is that her bank for whatever reason does not want to refinance it Albeit, all the while we had no issues with any of our lenders financing this vehicle for the customer, we don't know why her bank is stating this is the reasoning behind not being able to refinance her?
