I purchased a travel package that included two all-inclusive resort stays, and a cruise or all inclusive options for a total of three vacations. I was given seven years to use these. I purchased from My Holiday Destinations, who went out of business last year and resgo.net took over. Resgo.net promised to honor my purchased vacations. I used one of those all inclusive vacations through Resgo and everything went fine back in May 2023. Now I get an email saying that I had only days to renew my vacation package or Ill lose my remaining vacations. After calling Resgo and speaking with someone they say, theyre now Vitgo and that they are calling all the customers of Resgo but are not honoring their vacation packages unless they pay for one more vacation package from Vitgo. The salesman wanted to get $500 out of me right then and there or I would lose all of my previously purchased vacations I had left. They say Resgo went out of business and they purchased their contracts. I hung up and called the numbers for Resgo and got Vitgo every time. Someone is responsible for taking my money and not honoring the purchase so I want my money back from Resgo or Vitgo or Holiday destinationsWhoever they may be. Of course I believe they are all the same company.

On 11/23/2020 I purchased 1 vacation with 3 bonus vacations from mycarribeanvacationinternational. I was able to use one vacation to ****** in 03/22. And was ready to book the second vacation, so I called in and was having trouble booking the cruise and they said the company was bought by another company (resgo.net). The next day (08/11/22) I got email stating I need to pay $571 that same day or they would terminate my certificate the next day. I talk to the supervisors and then an executive the next day to get an explanation. He would not give me a direct answer why he needed 571 to reactivate and said I would lose the money already put into the vacations if I did not reactivate. Things were not adding up, but didn't want to lose the money already invested. After reading more complaints I realized I got scammed.

I paid for a vacation, then the company asks for more money for the vacation and said it expired, when I then sent proof of reactivation and then they said they have no affiliation with who I paid when I have a receipt and they said they are a *************** not subjected to the BBB. I believe they are lying and scamming people. They hung up. I immediately decided to file a complaint. I called them back they hung up again.

I was contacted via phone from this company stating they were associated with **************** Absolutely false statement. After a long conversation, I bought their 'vacation package' for $887.73. It states it's transferrable so last month I attempted to transfer it to my granddaughter who is 18 years old. Now they are saying no one can use this certificate unless they are legally married or cohabitating or is your spouse/partner between the ages of *****. I'm not married and none of these requirements were ever mentioned either verbally or in writing. I've asked for a refund, and they are refusing to give me as refund. Can you help? Thank you!

Resgo.net is involved in deceptive practices. They dont deliver on the contracts and promises they make. I purchased a travel package in 02/2020 through what was called ************************* that included #1 a discounted stay at any of the hotels on their list in ******, ****** or Costa Rica for 2 adults and 2 children. #2 A heavily discounted cruise for up to 6 people and #3 another discounted stay at one of the resorts on their list, all this had an open timeframe of 6 years to be used. First I tried to cancel because of COVID and they refused to cancel sayingwe had 6 years so we could travel after COVID. Last year I received an email saying they were going to cancel my package because I had not booked within the timeline and I only had so many days to respond. After numerous calls, I finally spoke to someone who was extremely rude but we got through it and we went on our first vacation. I then tried to schedule the cruise but they told me I had to wait a year to schedule it. Today, I received a threatening call that if I dont pay another activation fee, which was already paid when I made the first reservation, the rest of my packages will be cancelled. Now, they are also telling me that I have to go to a specific resort and its adults only. When I asked them to give me a portion of my money back since I couldnt leave my kids behind and that was not the contract I had signed, they refused and also refused to send me a copy of the contract which does NOT state that I have to go to an adults only resort. I a cannot stand to speak to their reps, they are rude, you cannot escalate and speak to a supervisor and they literally bully their customers. This company is just a bunch of scammers!!!

I contacted the business several times about taking any of the trips promised/purchased. I was per covid that there was no travel. I was never given an opportunity to travel and then was contacted later and was told that if I did not pay an additional amount the entire account would expire and the money I paid would be taken. I just want my money back and to warn people about fraudulent business practices. I pray you assist.

This company is deceitful. I originally bought this package from gobeachvacations which was sold to resgo.net. I attempted to make reservations for two of their packages and was informed I do not qualify for the package. Which was never told to me when I purchased the package.
