I ended up with a blow out on 95 north of savanna around midnight. They answered and I explained what size tire I needed and the owner confirmed he had the correct size tire and he could replace it for $350 to get me back on the road. I agreed to pay the $350 for the service and correct size tire, however when they came and replaced the tire after that had the replacement on the car they inform me it’s a larger size than promised. As soon as I pulled off the tire began scraping the wheel well because it was to large I contacted the owner his response was he could give me $50 back to get a different tire the next day from someone else. I called the workers that replaced the tire and explained to them so I met them at a gas station and realized it was also a used tire and they put a smaller tire that the car takes to get me back to Florida (I had a 6 hour drive). Today is day 3 and I got to looking my car over and noticed the tire they put on the second time had a large lump coming through the sidewall of the tire and realized it was yet another used tire. The owners response to this was basically the money was worth getting me off the side of the road. Here is the fact this is a 24 hour tire service they’re in business to provide the service and the tire the money is worth getting what you pay for from all points.
