            This business is a ripoff. They advertise $10 for a car wash and you have to use a credit or debit card to pay for it. When I received my bank statement a month later I saw that they charged me $40 extra, I contacted them and they said they have a policy that you had to cancel your membership 7 days before the billing date. I did not signup for any membership and was unaware that they were going to charge me $50 for one car wash. They refuse to refund my $40. They should have had an attendant explain their policy. I had my car washed on Commercial Drive but the billing was from Hwy 80.

            The Zip Car Wash on *****************, ******* erroneously charged me $45.00. They were running a promotion that was supposed to be $10.00 per month for 2 months. They charged me the $10.00 on 12/29/23 and then charged me $45.00 on 01/11/24. I called with the issue and was told they would send me an email with details as to what I needed to provide to correct the issue. I provided this on 01/15/24 and informed them to cancel my entire membership and send me the $45.00. I resubmitted this information on 01/17/24, 01/18/24, 01/23/24, 01/25/24, and again on 01/29/24. They have now charged me another $10.00. I tried to reach them 3 times by phone on 01/29/24 and cannot get through on their phone line nor are they responding to any of my emails. I will never use this company again.
