This business is a ripoff. They advertise $10 for a car wash and you have to use a credit or debit card to pay for it. When I received my bank statement a month later I saw that they charged me $40 extra, I contacted them and they said they have a policy that you had to cancel your membership 7 days before the billing date. I did not signup for any membership and was unaware that they were going to charge me $50 for one car wash. They refuse to refund my $40. They should have had an attendant explain their policy. I had my car washed on Commercial Drive but the billing was from Hwy 80.Customer response

.They did **** (Zips Car Wash)reply and said they would refund the $40 but they wanted my account number. I don't trust them and I requested a check instead. I have not heard from them since. Their message is below.

On Tuesday December 13, 2022 I went through the car wash about 8:45am. I usually go at least once or twice a week. I have the unlimited monthly plan. I pay $19.99 a month. While going through the wash, I felt a drop on the front driver's side. When I went to exit the wash I immediately knew there was a problem. I pulled into the second spot got out to examine my vehicle. I saw the tire was slashed and hanging off the rim and the hubcap was missing. I went to the office to report. I was given an incident form to complete. I went back to my car to complete the form and call roadside assistance. Noticed the back passenger hubcap was missing also. I took pics. Returned the form to the office, got a copy. I was told the manager would review the tape and contact me within 72 hours. I haven't heard from anyone. I want my tire paid for. Hubcaps replaced and paid for missed work.
