The first week my child started no one was in the office had to call the number on the window to get service. Then it was a 165 balance we had to pay bc of a 2.00 a min early drop fee.. how u 24 hours and have a early drop and late pick up fee. Then got charge 50 for riding in a lyft. My contract states 10 hours of paid daycare she says she only do 9 hours. Was being charged when caps.was/i s paying full tuitions. Then.got hit with a 40.00 late fee. So with in a matter of 2 weeks spent almost 300. She thew away my stroller saying they don't keep them on sight. BUT THAT WAS THE ONLY WAY HAD TO MOVE AROUND WITH MY CHILD. THE LAST DAY I WENT TO GO PICK UP MY CHILD AND SHE.WAS JUST SITTIN IN THE.CRIB CRYING.!!!!!!!! AND THE STAFF HER DAUGHER TO BE EXACT WAS JUST STANDING THERE. I ALSO NEED TO THE 150 for the stroller she threw away
