      I ordered a reborn doll from this site without knowing how much of a scam they were. I paid $73.83 for a doll, and after reading the terrible reviews, I emailed for a refund which I have not received, I haven't even received a response.

      I ordered a light skinned blue eyed Black doll, with long curly hair. I emailed them the same day it was the wrong doll. They said they would offer 20% refund if I would keep it. I said no, I wanted a refund or the right doll. They offered 30% off. I said no. They said I had to send it back and pay for shipping! It is $29.00 to return it to China! I received the wrong doll. I sent about 4 letters (gmail) thinking they would make things right. This is the first time I have ordered from them.

      I ordered a doll from this company that arrived looking nothing like the picture of the product that I ordered. It arrived in a badly damaged bag..not even a box. I have tried to get results by contacting customer service several times, and was informed that they can’t find my purchase in their system.

      False advertising. They show photos of adorable life like dolls and then send you a piece of crap doll that looks nothing like the one in the photo.

      I "settled" with the company for a 30% refund.

       

      I am ready to drop the matter, although I am not completely satisfied.

      However, I hope that my complaint can warn and prevent other consumers from also falling victim to the false advertisement of the company ******************

      I purchased boy/ girl twin dolls and bottle/pacifiers on 11/3/2022 in the amount of $113.09. When I opened the boxes, the dolls are NOT what I ordered. The images advertised were not what I ordered. The images showed many realistic features and details. The dolls have no realistic look or details and are poor quality and cheaply made/manufactured. This is clearly false advertising and a scam. Reborn dolls are known to look just like a real baby in which the images online showed that but dolls received were nothing close to what I ordered.

      I ordered a very cute baby doll and received a terrifyingly ugly, cheaply made, dollar store toy that looked absolutely NOTHING like what I ordered. What I ordered was a beautiful lifelike silicone-vinyl baby doll with brown hair and dark blue eyes, and I received a cheap plastic blond haired bright blue eyed doll with a giant head and tiny body. So ugly it made my kid cry! Company suggests that the differences are “subtle”…. Company then offered me 10, 20, 30, then 40% discounts just to keep the damn doll, then sent me a return address to CHINA, even though the item was shipped to me from California. This business is a SCAM and they and their products are absolute garbage.

      Hello, On 8/6/2022 I placed an order with this company for a baby doll, bottle, and pacifier. Immediately after placing the order ( I'd say 30 mins after). I contacted the company to cancel my order. It started popping up on FB and I saw the reviews. That is why I called right away. They replied back to me ignoring that I asked to cancel. They said " thank you for contacting us and we think that you will like your order. Please reach out for any other questions." After that, I replied back that I want to cancel my order (again). I kept getting messages that they don't except emails. Finally, after writing several more emails, someone said that they would intercept the order and cancel it and refund me in 7 to 10 business days. before it ships. I got no shipping notification until after they told me that. I emailed them again and they said that it already shipped so they can not cancel the order but give me 10% off. I asked why they told me it was canceled and I got the "failed" emails once again. I could not reach them. My order came today anyway. It was the wrong order and not the doll that I ordered. Completely different. This was a very expensive order and to receive a fake cheaply made doll that was not even the doll I ordered is terrible. They gave me the run around and ignored my attempts at canceling my order. not allow me to cancel my order. Lastly, they told me that my order would be canceled but lied to me. This company scammed me. They were not honest at all and I want my money back, please.

      On April 22 I purchased what I thought was a full silicone doll. The doll they advertised was not the doll I received. The doll I received was a dollar store piece of junk for a 2 year old. I spent $57 abd I would like my money back. I’ve emailed them numerous times today and no response or anything. Please help me get my money back

      I placed an order for a specific reborn baby doll from Creativegifts. My order ID is ******* in the amount of $43.11. I received this item on 2/12/22 & the item I received is not the item I purchased and it is damaged. The doll I ordered for my granddaughter's birthday is clearly a girl. I received a boy and the item description clearly says girl consistently! The doll is also missing a huge glob of hair in the back of the head and I received a boy doll. I've made several complaints via email to the company Creativegifts and the only compensation for their mistake was offered in the amount of $8. My granddaughter chose this exact girl reborn baby doll herself for her birthday and she is going to be very very disappointed as am I!! Can you please do anything at all to help me recover my entire amount of $43.11 and/or the girl reborn baby doll that I purchased?!! The address on the package I received is **** ******** ***** ***** *** ****** ******** ** ****** The email for Creativegifts is ***************************. The Department NJ number is ********. I'm also reporting fraudulent item description because Creativegifts said they just reproduce just the face of the reborn baby doll and you may receive boy/girl clothing without accessories. I knew that the doll didn't come with accessories but it clearly states over and over that she is a girl newborn baby and the doll I received looks nothing like the doll I ordered and purchased!!! As I stated I also received this item in a damaged condition!! Please Help and Thank You, ****** *******
