******* **********, owner of the 3 Alexanders / Biino Treats was hired to cater our vows renewal ceremony for 60 guest, on December 24, 2021. We received several complaints that the food was far from satisfactory. The food seemed to be cooked the night prior to the event. The green beans tasted as they were straight from the can, the salmon and chicken was over cooked and bland, the mash potatoes had a strong vinegar taste. Our quests could not and did not eat the food due to the tasteless and overcooked nature. 90% of the provided food was thrown in the trash. Mr. ********** was contacted the day after the event because it was after business hours. He made an offer to cater a small group for our inconvenience. We inform him we would get back with him with a decision. I called him back on Thursday to inform that a small group cater will not work. He and I agreed that he would refund approx. 40% ($600.00) of the cost, no later than the end of the month. I texted Mr. ********** to confirm the date he would be providing the refund. He texted me back stating he will not be providing a refund after we came to this agreement, end his message with to conclude we have not further business without any resolution that he agreed to compensate for.
