The following are my communications with Herb Creek: Hello, I bought three large Italian cypress tree last year in March but in spite of fertilizing and watering, they have not grown at all and in fact are showing some signs of drying up as you can see in the pictures. I was wondering if you could take a look at them and take proper measures. My warranty is expiring on March 3 so we do not have much time. If I do not hear back from you within a few days, I will have to pursue other measures. I, on Feb 25: Hello, I was wondering is ******* is still coming over to take a look at the trees. their response: ******* is coming out. He is currently tied up getting his automobile out of the shop. Herb Creek Not showing up. My email: I have to go to work around 2 pm. If I am not here, he can take a look at the trees himself. They are planted in front of the house on ********. Their response: Yes. Very sorry for the delay. Herb Creek On Feb 26: Hello, I was wondering if ******* got a chance to take a look at the trees. On March 1: Hello, I would prefer to reach some reconciliation with you regarding the trees. And I am willing to cover part of the costs. If I dont hear back from you by the end of today, I am going to order three mature Italian cypress trees online, file a complaint at the magistrate court (where I will demand a reimbursement plus damages and court costs) , and report to BBB for lack of accountability.
